“She was 20 minutes late to the call and didn't tell us she was running late. I paid over $200.00 for a short meeting. Our meeting was cut short because she was running late to her next one. She never really answered my emails. I had to send her multiple follow ups. The only time they reached back out to me, (called me three times) was to send the payment, but none of my questions were answered first. Thats when I thought it was a huge red flag, so I looked online at the company and the reviews were not good on reddit and other websites were 1 star telling not to book with this company and a huge waste of money.”

“Last year I spoke to Mark Rigby regarding immigration options, which was really helpful. He’s been very responsive ever since, and now I’m in need of a professional to guide me through the immigration process I decided to ask for another meeting. Speaking with Mark Rigby was a pleasure, he’s very knowledgeable, clear and patient and I would highly recommend him. After the call I got a summary of the conversation; a very useful document containing all provided information and potential next steps. I feel more confident now that I’ve contacted IAS, again, and spoke to Mark.”

“Spoke to Marie Nguekam for advice regarding visa options in conjunction with a job offer, but unfortunately was not satisfied with the service I received. When booking the appointment, the agent (Calum Adams) assured me that if the visa route first explored was not an option, the immigration lawyer would be diligent in reviewing all other possible options, working to come up with creative solutions. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was able to come up with several creative solutions myself that she acknowledged could be possibilities. The written summary was very cut & paste and incomplete. In her answers to my follow-up questions, she contradicted the information she gave me in our meeting, and misread several of my questions - leaving me with more unanswered questions than I began. All in all, it felt like very little effort was put in. So unfortunately not able to recommend the agent or agency.”

“I worked with Mark Rigby at iAS regarding the possibility of applying for British citizenship by descent/double-descent. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, and he walked me through each of the points that needed to be considered in a way that was clear and concise (and unhurried). Mark also discussed a number of possible next steps that were outside of the scope of my original enquiry. I felt that the modest fee for such complete and reliable consultation was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend using Mark and the iAS service.”

“I’d recommend you stay away. I was told it would take around 6 months to get a Portuguese residency visa, we are 8 months in and it is months away. They were difficult to deal with, would never answer the question you asked and slow whilst applying for the visa. Since then they havent once chased the government and now say the delay is 15 months. They work with a developer called Mercan, their sister company about whom I have nothing positive. Find another company to work with.”

“I had a call with their lawyer in February, and received a written summary of that call. I had follow up questions related to her call summary - AND EMAILED HER 3 TIMES - and NEVER HEARD BACK. IAS is a FRAUD. A complete waste of $$$. I want a refund.”

“I've used IAS for a 2nd visa application, the first round back in 2021 was really good and I decided to use them again. The service has unfortunately degraded and they basically do the bare minimum, I would not recommend them right now to anyone.”

“I can’t recommend IAS enough! Before meeting with Mark Rigby I thought I knew what visa I needed and the requirements but after talking with him, he explained all of my options and everything I needed to do! He was very clear and very professional! I finished the meeting feeling more confident and happy with the choices I have now!”

“I am from pakistan and I applied my uk spouse visa and got it after three weeks .I showed 62500 uk pound savings in my pakistani bank account cuz my wife is staying with me in pakistan islamabad so I have to take other route mean bank savings so got visa and went uk stayed there two weeks in uk took BRP card and came back pakistan . Saima Maqsood ans Saima Razzaq helped me alot during my visa process specially Saima Razzaq is best adviser .”
