“Review is not happy. No stars paid my 250. I was sent emails with blank pages and no return calls when I tried to call back. Wanted to pay for another session with the lawyer no one called back so no. Useless!”

“We used the initial advice meeting service which gave us one hour to ask questions and explain our immigration case. Our case worker Charlene was extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. We felt that we were in the best hands and appreciated finally having someone shedding light on the complexity of requirements for immigration on an unmarried partner visa. Charlene answered all questions with a lot of patience and clarity. On the next day, we received a 23 page-long document summarizing her advice and next steps for us plus a guide to how we can continue with IAS from here should we wish to. We decided to use IAS for the visa application service based on the positive experience we have made during the initial advice session. It was really worth it and I strongly recommend this service.
