“My thanks and gratitude to Mrs Kurshida Begum, I had a call from her yesterday telling that I have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain. Over the last 10 years, I have been with IAS, I have been seen, looked after. The service from the start has been excellent, the advice and guidance has always been brilliant. Anytime I had a question, I knew Mrs Begum was at the on other end of the phone or email, knowing her working days helped me to know when she would be available to contact her and when to expect a reply to my emails, which was very much appreciated.
