“Horrible, please avoid this company at all cost .their entire motive is based on money. They are just out here cashing in on vulnerable people.I was taking advantage off two years ago by these people, please look elsewhere”

“PLEASE AVOID !!!! My experience with IAS has been more than awful. They are very quick of wanting your money, but in return they’re very unprofessional, unresponsive, absolutely not bothered to help you. My allocated immigration advisor, who supposed to direct me with my case, had no clue what was she doing ! I have never seen such a poor service before for a £100 !!! The girl, did not know much in her own field and I was correcting her most of the time. It was absolutely shocking ! I’m so glad, that I have not carry on with this company and I already have a different immigration firm, so please look elsewhere, if you wanna save your money and time. The customer service was extremely unhelpful too, just a lot of promises with zero action and I constantly felt neglected and ignored. IAS has gone down the hill massively, most of their employees work from home and the quality of the service is outrageous. Shame on you !!!! I used them pre-covid and it was great. Now ? Never again !!!!”

“Avoid at All Costs – Incompetent and Unprofessional I deeply regret using this firm for my immigration case. From start to finish, they were disorganized, unresponsive, and demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. They made costly errors, failed to meet promised deadlines, and did not provide clear guidance or support during an already stressful process. What’s worse, despite their poor service, they have yet to process my refund—six months after it was promised. Multiple follow-ups have been met with excuses and delays. It’s clear this firm cares more about collecting fees than actually helping their clients. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, please look elsewhere. This was an expensive mistake that I hope others can avoid.”

“We used the initial advice meeting service which gave us one hour to ask questions and explain our immigration case. Our case worker Charlene was extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. We felt that we were in the best hands and appreciated finally having someone shedding light on the complexity of requirements for immigration on an unmarried partner visa. Charlene answered all questions with a lot of patience and clarity. On the next day, we received a 23 page-long document summarizing her advice and next steps for us plus a guide to how we can continue with IAS from here should we wish to. We decided to use IAS for the visa application service based on the positive experience we have made during the initial advice session. It was really worth it and I strongly recommend this service. Thank you Charlene!”

“Immigration Advice Service has been a source of help to getting my citizenship and my case worker Anita Meshram was fantastic with the job she did. She was patient despite sometimes I can be a bit tense because I wanted to get my British passport so bad and I have to resort to apologies for being a bit tense and she will always encourage me to be positive about it. Thanks Anita for the help and I really appreciate your service.”
