I had a few queries with regards to the ILR Pathway and i spoke to Dina Modi about it. She was quite helpful and resolved all of my doubts. Dina also gave me some additional advice about the essential documentation required and I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. I found the IAS to be quite professional in their dealings and I would definitely recommend them.

Don't waste your time: First of all I arranged an appointment with the advisor and paid advance for booking for my visa application unfortunately I have to cancel my appointment immediately after I made a payment. They decided to deduct £30 from my paid fees even I cancelled my appointment within an hour or so, they said I will receive the rest of the money within 14 days, I called on 15th day to ask my refund the person was rude and said it is 13th day so I have to wait for 1 more day and will receive my refund by tomorrow, I didn't know they wouldn't count weekend. Now after 19 days I am still waiting for my refund, this is ridiculous. They wouldn't even think once to deduct the admin charges and will make their client wait for refund and keep them chase. Also, the advisor whom my appointment was booked clearly mentioned in their email that the appointment was only booked to understand my case so that means I have to be prepare to pay more again for an advise which I was not sure how long normally it will take and how much more money I have to pay. They will make you fool if you do not see how many people were already were fooled in the past by reviewing their experiences. Better check the reviews before you register or book an appointment. Hoping to receive my refund soon.

I am very pleased with the service from IAS. I had a situation where I accidentally applied to the wrong visa and was rejected. The UK Visa site can be hard to navigate through and IAS was there to save me. I wanted to mention Samantha Cretten specifically. She was absolutely amazing. She helped me solve my visa issue very quickly, as I have a work trip out of counrty coming up. Samantha gave excellent and very specific advice on how to reapply for the correct visa. I felt extremely taken care of by Samantha as if I was one of her own family members. She went above and beyond her remit and even helped me with my new application. Not only did she give me the best advice but she helped me troubleshoot issues and helped with questions I had. Her responses were quick, within minutes and she really made me feel taken care of. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Samantha!!!

I contacted the Immigration Advice Service for assistance in looking at the possibility of entering and staying in the UK for an extended period to help care for a family member. IAS was quick to respond to my inquiry and, after confirming my details, arranged my initial advice session with Charlene Phillips, who was terrific but was professional enough to realize my case was complex, so she quickly arranged another session at no additional cost with one of her colleagues. My next session was with Samantha Cretten, who I found to be highly knowledgeable about UK immigration laws, as she was very informative and helpful. She made considerable efforts to find a solution to my problem. Although it was determined my unique case was unworkable and that I would not qualify for a visa, it was not because of Samantha’s lack of trying but rather my ineligibility. Despite this misfortune, I highly recommend consulting with Samantha Cretten, as she is highly professional and relentlessly focused on achieving results for her clients.

My appointment was with Marie Nguekam. She was on time over the video call and professional. She explained and responded to my questions in a way that really helped me understand all the pertinent points she was sharing with me. The written report was sent to me the same evening and the summary facts listed there clearly showed that Marie had fully understood this complicated case.

Such a big lie. Our f3 case petition date was July 2009. But we are still waiting for interview appointment. Our priority date hasn't been updated in visa bulletin yet. So it would definitely take lot more than 10 years

Samantha Cretten during our video call was very informative, professional and very straight forward to deal with. We just had an initial consultation to answer some questions regarding the visa application and her knowledge helped us to make decisions regarding the next step in our application process. Thank you Samantha!

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from IAS. I was assigned a very dedicated case worker by the name of Kinza Malik. She worked with me endlessly, comforted me in times of depression and gave me hope in times of need. She believed in me and my case when I didn’t believe in myself and for that I am ever so Grateful for such an excellent case worker. She really is the best and I would recommend her to Anyone in need of an immigration specialist. Both Kinza and IAS had helped me and turned my life around. They really are the best! Ps. If you are looking for a case worker, I HIGHLY recommend Kinza Malik!

I was able to make an appmt wth Ms Ershad easily. Ms Ershad was extremely professional and efficient in her assessment of our circumstances and the status of our previous application to the Home Office. Her explanations were concise and clear and helpful. I would be delighted if she's assigned to work on my case.

IAS is a horrible company. AVOID, AVOID. If I could give a 0 start I would have done it! Marie Nguekam is the name of the lawyer with whom I was in contact and Nadeen Taylor the person who answers the phone and the person who gave me the bank details to make the bank transfer of money. This is what happened. IAS gave me an account number (Nadeen Taylor did that on the phone and with an email she confirmed that after the phone call) and all details of the bank and asked me to transfer my money there in advance of their service and because I made a mistake on the name of IAS and included another name with all the bank details correct (their bank details) IAS REFUSE to give my money back despite the fact that they received it as my bank confirmed and despite the fact that they did not provide any service to me, since luckily I cancelled their service on time. This happened September 2023 and I am still trying to get my money back through my bank etc. So, we will see but since all this time they are refusing I thought at this point of writing this review to save others.
