“We used the initial advice meeting service which gave us one hour to ask questions and explain our immigration case. Our case worker Charlene was extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. We felt that we were in the best hands and appreciated finally having someone shedding light on the complexity of requirements for immigration on an unmarried partner visa. Charlene answered all questions with a lot of patience and clarity. On the next day, we received a 23 page-long document summarizing her advice and next steps for us plus a guide to how we can continue with IAS from here should we wish to. We decided to use IAS for the visa application service based on the positive experience we have made during the initial advice session. It was really worth it and I strongly recommend this service. Thank you Charlene!”

“Immigration Advice Service has been a source of help to getting my citizenship and my case worker Anita Meshram was fantastic with the job she did. She was patient despite sometimes I can be a bit tense because I wanted to get my British passport so bad and I have to resort to apologies for being a bit tense and she will always encourage me to be positive about it. Thanks Anita for the help and I really appreciate your service.”

“We paid for the consultation. That went great. Then we paid 1500 for their services. Oh my God it is so hard to get in touch with our lawyer. Cant get in touch with our customer relations officer either. I'm not confident I wanna spend another 13000 with them just to get no where. Feeling very much like a scam.”

“I had a very bad and bitter experience with IAS, they offered me the most difficult and impossible visa in the counseling process and they acted very irresponsibly in the process of handling and supporting my case and my case only cost me a lot of money without any results. I don't think it's wrong to connect outsiders with this company because they know their customers don't have access to them. I am in Iran and my case did not reach any result. The person in charge of my case was Mr. Deepak and even their supervisor Mrs. Rachel did not care about my protests and calls.”

“As we live abroad it can be quite a challenge to deal with legal matters in U.K. Dina was amazing and explained everything we needed to know. I feel that we have made the right choice in seeking legal help to deal with our application. The fee is when considered as a long term investment is reasonable.”
