“Review is not happy. No stars paid my 250. I was sent emails with blank pages and no return calls when I tried to call back. Wanted to pay for another session with the lawyer no one called back so no. Useless!”

“I email them to get a quote on a service, they asked me for my phone number to give me a call, when I provided it to them, Abigail asked what was it that I needed as my first email was blank for them - when it was clearly stated on the subject of the email as well. I did send her a copy of the first email and I am still waiting a response a week later... Looks like they don't want people to pay them, they just want people to take their business elsewhere? Completely ridiculous...”

“My company used IAS to apply and obtain a sponsorship licence for us, we were allocated Mariam as our advisor. She was supportive and guided us through the process and also helped to walk through the home office portal to issue the sponsorship certificate. This was very new to me so I was fully guided at all points. Mariam was efficient in replying to my queries.”

“Ultimately we got the spousal visa, but it wasn't a good time. At times it felt like I was informing the solicitor about developments in the immigration landscape. Contacting the solicitor was nearly impossible and it took weeks to receive feedback from my answers to their questionnaires. I have a feeling they are understaffed and overworked. Regardless, for my renewal I'll be using another company or doing it myself.”

“An absolutely rubbish service. I spoke to an alleged expert in my personal circumstances who provided zero information that was either useful or expert. The information he provided I had already discovered through my own research. When I asked questions he was unable to provide a definitive answer and I left the session with no more knowledge than which I had entered. The transcript I was promised never arrived despite numerous email requests. Overall a complete waste of my time and not insignificant amount of money.”
