They send emails about illegal immigration protests etc. As someone who has paid thens of thousands of pounds to LEGALLY move to the UK, I think something needs to be done about the ILLEGAL immigration crisis. It seems they are on the side of people smuggling gangs. Using the migrant crisis as a marketing opportunity is gross virtue signalling.

In short: Untrustworthy, unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent. I paid £1,200 pounds for no services beyond an initial consultation, and in the end they returned £600 and kept the rest with no explanation while simply ignoring all further contact. My story at length: I first had the pleasure of speaking to Miss Kurshida Behum about my case in March of 2021 on the understanding that IASUK is committed to a high standard of customer care services. After some thought I proceeded with retaining your services for the full £1,200 application package. Upon paying this amount communication ground to a halt, and it took a full two weeks for the assignment of a new caseworker, Mr. Ammar Majeed. After a few months of slow developments and the decision to delay my potential application under your own advice with the aim of increasing my chances of success, I was contacted once more by Mr. Majeed to inquire as to my future intentions. In this meeting I was assured that we stood a good chance of getting an application in by the end of April, while I stressed the importance and time sensitive nature of these dates. Mr. Majeed agreed to return to me with further advice on my situation, which he did the following day, in order for us to move on to the next stage. From that day on the 22nd of March, already slow communication ground to a halt. I did not hear from your company until the end of April. I had further communications in June and July before another 2 month gap in communications took place, interrupted solely by a three sentence reply in September assuring me that a case quality worker would get in touch with me. A further month long gap in communication took place afterwards before being contacted by Alexandra Shirtcliffe who was no help whatsoever. In summary, IAS has consistently failed to keep its commitments to its own Clients' Charter. They failed to be assiduous, timely, professional and respectful, in theirapproach to this process. It is clear by their own admission within your extensive documentation on Client Account Procedures that they have repeatedly fallen short and failed to meet their commitments.

Total Rip off. I paid GBP100 for nothing. I missed 2 calls, immediately notify IAS less than 3 hours after, there was a confusion of time difference from overseas. Not even a minute of Citizenship advise application. Bad experience.

No caring, ages to respond. I couldn’t be with my family or my wife while giving birth although all my papers were accurate & it’s been over 16 months+ just to get an appeal then hearing. Finally once I did, my lawyer went on maternity leave which I understand & left my case with some other person that hasn’t contacted me yet & that I do not understand. The hearing was 9 days ago. How professional. The Story still on-going.

Appaling service Complete rip off The call was rushed They got all the facts wrong, including my sister's name Then suggested marriage is the ONLY option (at no point did she mention that's what she wanted as they've only been dating for 2 months) It's been 2 months and we're still waiting for a refund Stay away from this company!!!

My wife call this agency’s Ireland number to apply for het Irish passport. They took 200 euro for solicitors advice. Next day the solicitor call online and talk 2-3 minutes. She say upload new immigration form and apply by yourself. And she and agency told they will send the required form to apply, they never did. Please don’t call this agency for any help kindly get the information from immigration site .

Called to inquire about dual citizenship and was chiseled out of $200 for an "advisor call" under the auspices that they have a 98% success rate. The advisors were late to the call and glibly explained that I was not eligible - even though I outlined my criteria for eligibility during my initial call. Total rip-off.

Unfortunately, it doesn't worth it. Paid 150£ for 25 minutes consultation, I was asked to provide more information, which I sent by email, then that's it! I've never heard back from them.

This is an absolute scam! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE and save your money and your mental health. I paid 200 EUR for an emergency consultation for a Schengen visa. The lawyer didn't have any sound information for me, just answered one question and said all my other questions are for another session for which i need to pay for again. I told them from the beginning what I wanted to know about and they assured me I can get all the info I need. Once i paid them the money they gave me absolutely useless information and no help! When i asked for a refund they said the questions you asked were for another service. When all the questions were about how to get a 1 year schengen visa. If they had such a problme with my questions why did they say before they took my money that we cna answer ALL schenge related questions. I feel so upset and annoyed that in this country immigrants already have it hard and then these scammers sit there and use their vulnerability and desperation to gain some more money. I hope someone shuts them down or they start paying recompense for their uselessness and their fake scam lawyers.

I get the impression they are a scam organization, not very knowledgeable and terrible service. It took me numerous attempts to get through to the immigration person who still had to hear my story yet again. I will not be paying money to people I do not trust. They asked me if I was living in, wait for it...southern Ireland? There is no official southern Ireland, it is Ireland. It is not NI it is just Ireland. I do not like the reviews and so will not be contacting them again. There does not seem to be any recent good reviews. Oh, and by the way, I tried live chat, email and telephone. The website doesn't seem to be a genuine one either.

I went to ias because I foolishly thought I could trust them. We arrange a paid call for £160 and got 15 minutes and bad advice. Other solicitors give you 15 minutes at no cost. The so called solicitor we spoke too had no idea and kept having to Google things. Then still got it wrong if we had listened to he my partner would have left the country leaving me and our 3 year old son for at least 8 months. Luckily an intervention by a friend made us look at another route which is working. I asked for my money back and they said by email it would take upto 28 days it has now been 31days. Absolute conmen and women. Please do not trust I beg you their are better solicitors out there
