Heard from our case worker once when we first made the enquiry, paid thousands upfront and since then we have had no contact unless it’s me chasing for information and updates. I’m sick of having to do the ground work when it’s not a cheap service

Absolutely do not use. They sign you up to a £150 consultation fee and don't outline any terms of reference, point you to any on the website or send any as a confirmation. They then ignore you if you have to re-arrange or cancel and, unfortunately i had to cancel my appointment, and they took £30 off my fee without consulting me or looking back through call recordings where I said i had absolutely no idea of the terms and conditions. Really not a good company to provide your money too.

**Worst experience ever, do not waste your time and money here** I contacted IAS as I wanted to re-apply for my pre-settled status, as I had doubts that it might be revoked due to my absences. Upon contacting IAS, the first case worker I was assigned to Ligia, after neglecting my case and after I made an official complaint about her, she emailed me saying she is no longer working with IAS and I was assigned to another caseworker Nasreen. Thought that after my 1st complaint, I’ll be assigned to a professional and attentive caseworker, the joke was on me. Nasreen had been negligent, during our online meeting never concentrated, I had to chase her with emails and calls and she was negative and discoursing from the begging of my process. After continuing and chasing Nasreen, she finally told me that she has uploaded my application and promised in writing that on the next day, she’d upload the evidence I provided her with and my Cover Letter. After waiting for 2 months, with no reply from the Home Office, I decided to call the Home Office and that’s when I heard the shocking news that I have no supporting evidence nor any Cover Letter uploaded. So what happened is I uploaded myself all the evidence and only after 2 days, I got a reply from the Home Office saying that I was granted Indefinite Leave to Remain.  So thanks to Nasreen, I wasted 2 months waiting for nothing.. After I complained again to IAS and told them that the Home Office had confirmed there was no supporting evidence, they did an ‘investigation’ saying Nasreen had done everything and absolutely neglected what the Home Office told me. So afterwards, I emailed Abigail again, as I wanted further investigation to be done, but IAS didn’t even bother to reply to my email. And I paid for all of this £1700 + what a shame..

We had the initial phone call consultation where the lady told us she will send a written information regarding the next step. She never got back to us. I think her name is Natalie. Dodgy unprofessional company. I am not sure if the company is scamming people. Our first phone call was on the 21st of May 2023 and still chasing them every couple of days to no avail. If you are looking for immigration advise please avoid and look somewhere else.

Unfortunaly my experience with IAS was not worth the money. We booked the advice package, but received no information, we didn't already collect through a bit of prior research. The meeting was only 20min and we never received the promised written protocol/information of the meeting nor an invitation to the (also promised) second meeting to ask further questions. I personally regret having spent that money as I think 100 pounds was way to much for what we have received

An honest advice for anyone looking for help. DO NOT use IAS immigration Advice Service! Their whole "advice" strategy is build around making sure you pay the initial GBP1000+ to them, once you're in, everything changes. My first point of contact was friendly and professional but once I paid IAS, the solicitor assigned to me did not speak proper english, I had to correct all the application. The Solicitor submitted the application with basic mistakes such as my DOB (I mean that) and had the carelessness to never answer most of my important emails. I was so shocked by how unprofessional the service was. I complained to several senior personnel at the company. Non of them has replied to date - Not Surprised (since 03/2021). Use your money wisely and spend few days searching the many other professional law firms out there. Do not fall for google sponsored search traps.

Be wary of IAS. They are only attentive and full of promise at the start. They’re only after great reviews as Jason Griffiths was persistent on asking for twice on different platforms that you won’t be able to resist but write it, just to get it over with - even before any real work starts. The only thing they are good at is making you wait for them to reply to you. You will be turned over to their paralegal (a lawyers assistant) who seems like they are just in training. If you ask for someone else more experienced- you will feel their contempt for asking for a better service based on their short and curt replies that do not answer your questions at all. I was turned over to Judith Gonzales and Crystal McGowen. To schedule a first meeting with them - it needed their coordinator to give them a nudge. It took over 2 weeks. Meanwhile I was already back in my country as I was advised by Jason to have my Visa processed instead of staying in the US. I still had up to 5 months to stay there. As I have been living and working abroad for over 13 years, we now have unnecessary moving expenses like additional rent and getting basic necessities for it. ‘Inconvenience’ does not even cut it! After several weeks of emails unanswered I had to put my foot down and ask to have Judith replaced by Crystal. She seemed more knowledgeable during the video meeting. They tried to assign me with another. Here comes the scheduling again. Some guy was reassigned to contact me but he backed out and was eventually replaced by Crystal- apparently. At that point I was left to wonder who will then be my caseworker. They have so many people working for them-but no work was getting done! Crystal sent another IAS Confirmation document for me to sign that still had Judith as the Caseworker. The same document that was initially sent by Jason. They sent it 3 times over a period of 2 months. It still was not updated! I worked on the several documents required on my end. I have uploaded and completed about 80% of it in under a week. They did not even acknowledge it. I had to ask and insist on their reply after a month or so. They just said they can access my Dropbox and nothing else. There’s about 9 stages of their process to do for me. They can’t even get us to complete stage 1. I understand that some stages might not need as much time but I am not hanging around for them to waste mine. At the rate they are going, it would probably take them a year or more to check. In the end, I demanded for my Refund. It took way more time for them to do so without even giving you any breakdown of the details why it only amounts to what they deem should be refunded to you. Working with them is an insult to your intelligence. I do not recommend IAS to anyone at all.

Unfortunately, I must say that I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I have received from IAS. My previous caseworker failed to provide adequate support and left me in a vulnerable position. To make matters worse, she neglected to create a file containing all of the attachments I had sent, resulting in my having to resubmit everything to my new case worker. Given the high fees I have paid for this service, I find this incompetence and disregard for my naturalization process to be completely unacceptable. Immigration services must take their client's needs and concerns seriously and provide the support and attention necessary to ensure the process goes smoothly. Unfortunately, I feel that IAS has failed to meet this standard.

I had an appointment set for the 22nd of March at 1:15 pm. To be at this appointment in time, I had to lose a few hours of work. But there was no one at the appointment. Nobody warned me about anything and I have not received any email of changes. When I asked to be refunded, they told me that this will maybe be possible after an investigation that will last 14 days. So I lost hours of work, I haven't received the service for which I paid, I was not warned of any change, but they were not even able to refund me right away. They need to investigate. It's ridiculous, when I tried to call them for some explanations, they were very careless. The service they offer is absolutely ridiculous and useless, and I regret having trusted them.

They send emails about illegal immigration protests etc. As someone who has paid thens of thousands of pounds to LEGALLY move to the UK, I think something needs to be done about the ILLEGAL immigration crisis. It seems they are on the side of people smuggling gangs. Using the migrant crisis as a marketing opportunity is gross virtue signalling.

In short: Untrustworthy, unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent. I paid £1,200 pounds for no services beyond an initial consultation, and in the end they returned £600 and kept the rest with no explanation while simply ignoring all further contact. My story at length: I first had the pleasure of speaking to Miss Kurshida Behum about my case in March of 2021 on the understanding that IASUK is committed to a high standard of customer care services. After some thought I proceeded with retaining your services for the full £1,200 application package. Upon paying this amount communication ground to a halt, and it took a full two weeks for the assignment of a new caseworker, Mr. Ammar Majeed. After a few months of slow developments and the decision to delay my potential application under your own advice with the aim of increasing my chances of success, I was contacted once more by Mr. Majeed to inquire as to my future intentions. In this meeting I was assured that we stood a good chance of getting an application in by the end of April, while I stressed the importance and time sensitive nature of these dates. Mr. Majeed agreed to return to me with further advice on my situation, which he did the following day, in order for us to move on to the next stage. From that day on the 22nd of March, already slow communication ground to a halt. I did not hear from your company until the end of April. I had further communications in June and July before another 2 month gap in communications took place, interrupted solely by a three sentence reply in September assuring me that a case quality worker would get in touch with me. A further month long gap in communication took place afterwards before being contacted by Alexandra Shirtcliffe who was no help whatsoever. In summary, IAS has consistently failed to keep its commitments to its own Clients' Charter. They failed to be assiduous, timely, professional and respectful, in theirapproach to this process. It is clear by their own admission within your extensive documentation on Client Account Procedures that they have repeatedly fallen short and failed to meet their commitments.

Total Rip off. I paid GBP100 for nothing. I missed 2 calls, immediately notify IAS less than 3 hours after, there was a confusion of time difference from overseas. Not even a minute of Citizenship advise application. Bad experience.

No caring, ages to respond. I couldn’t be with my family or my wife while giving birth although all my papers were accurate & it’s been over 16 months+ just to get an appeal then hearing. Finally once I did, my lawyer went on maternity leave which I understand & left my case with some other person that hasn’t contacted me yet & that I do not understand. The hearing was 9 days ago. How professional. The Story still on-going.
