“Beware of this agency!!! I was totally scammed into this phone call. Anything they tell you you can find online through a quick Google search. Please don’t waste your time or money.”

“Called to inquire about dual citizenship and was chiseled out of $200 for an "advisor call" under the auspices that they have a 98% success rate. The advisors were late to the call and glibly explained that I was not eligible - even though I outlined my criteria for eligibility during my initial call. Total rip-off.”

“Unfortunately, it doesn't worth it. Paid 150£ for 25 minutes consultation, I was asked to provide more information, which I sent by email, then that's it! I've never heard back from them.”

“This is an absolute scam! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE and save your money and your mental health. I paid 200 EUR for an emergency consultation for a Schengen visa. The lawyer didn't have any sound information for me, just answered one question and said all my other questions are for another session for which i need to pay for again. I told them from the beginning what I wanted to know about and they assured me I can get all the info I need. Once i paid them the money they gave me absolutely useless information and no help! When i asked for a refund they said the questions you asked were for another service. When all the questions were about how to get a 1 year schengen visa. If they had such a problme with my questions why did they say before they took my money that we cna answer ALL schenge related questions. I feel so upset and annoyed that in this country immigrants already have it hard and then these scammers sit there and use their vulnerability and desperation to gain some more money. I hope someone shuts them down or they start paying recompense for their uselessness and their fake scam lawyers.”

“I get the impression they are a scam organization, not very knowledgeable and terrible service. It took me numerous attempts to get through to the immigration person who still had to hear my story yet again. I will not be paying money to people I do not trust. They asked me if I was living in, wait for it...southern Ireland? There is no official southern Ireland, it is Ireland. It is not NI it is just Ireland. I do not like the reviews and so will not be contacting them again. There does not seem to be any recent good reviews. Oh, and by the way, I tried live chat, email and telephone. The website doesn't seem to be a genuine one either.”

“I went to ias because I foolishly thought I could trust them. We arrange a paid call for £160 and got 15 minutes and bad advice. Other solicitors give you 15 minutes at no cost. The so called solicitor we spoke too had no idea and kept having to Google things. Then still got it wrong if we had listened to he my partner would have left the country leaving me and our 3 year old son for at least 8 months. Luckily an intervention by a friend made us look at another route which is working. I asked for my money back and they said by email it would take upto 28 days it has now been 31days. Absolute conmen and women. Please do not trust I beg you their are better solicitors out there”

“Really horrible service. I was trying to put no stars but that was not possible unfortunately. Charged me 150 GBP and call lasted about 7 minutes...6 minutes was just confirming my information and 1 minute of just telling me my only option is marriage. No other potential options were explored and no plans given for what I could do in the upcoming years. What an absolute waste. The person helping me Dorota seemed to have to pause and look in her notes on what I could maybe do so I told her that she is wasting my time and ended the call. Then Alexandra emailed me afterwards saying that proper advice was given and no refund will be awarded. I am not sure if their previous reviews are fake but avoid these people at all costs.”

“After a good initial consultation and setup, I was sent a long list of information to collect. I paid the fee and started sending the information through. Unfortunately that's when IAS became unresponsive. It's now been several months and I've either received holding replies 'I will answer tomorrow' or nothing at all. I just a refund now. I feel like I've been scammed. Especially since it is impossible to leave a review on their website! They've linked another 'reviews' site to keep a good rating.”

“I contacted and paid for an initial consultation. I was expecting the lawyer to give me different options of paths to immigration, instead he was steadfast on the one path I kept telling him I was not interested in, which is not actually my main issue. It took him almost a week to send me a review of our consult and after he just simply would not respond to any follow up questions. It felt like they took my money so he just simply didn't care after. Very unprofessional.”

“DONT……Communication is horrible and that’s only if you an existed client, no one reachable, not by phone or even email. You will have to call the landline and then look for your caseworker, they will say we will send him a msg, because he is not available or in a meeting, my experience been a nightmare, no one is updated, no one knows where is my resident permit, no one knows where my passport is……Simply a mess. Days pass to months for them just to deliver your permit, you would be lucky in you received an email back from them and that’s only in the afternoon and that’s push it till next day, got in touch with 4 persons since the beginning, a manager then 2 caseworkers and then another manager, progress takes for ever. They will get the job done but you will suffer”

“The worst service I've ever had at all, I do not recommend. I was told by them that they definitely could help with my problem, therefore I paid them 250 to have an emergency appointment with and specialist. When the supposed specialist called me, she told that there was nothing that could be done, and that is it.”

“The law firm does not care about their Clients at all. I’m a Euroean Citizen and applied for a simple Direct Airside Transit Visa for my wife. My case worker disappeared after the form was filed, and never called or emailed back. After the processing time was long over, I tried and tried to get a hold of my caseworker or his supervisor. The law firm promised me more information on my application, but no one ever called or emailed me. I never got the promised phone call from the supervisor. PLEASE BE AWARE: YOU DEAL WITH CASE WORKERS, NO ATTORNEYS. I WERE NOT ABLE TO TALK TO AN ATTORNEY IN OVER 4 WEEKS. I’m not blaming them for not getting this simple visa on time, I’m blaming them not to care at all, and give you no help. Sometimes I really thought this company is a scam! I’m still not sure. I never got any response. MY ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM, TAKE A SERIOUS ATTORNEY AND NOT GET A CASEWORKER FOR A LOT OF MONEY THAT DOES NOT CARE, AND CANNOT HELP.. I think all the 5 star ratings are done by themselves or a good social media company. I cannot say anything positive about this immigration office. Regards”

“Think again the service I had with the immigration advice service Ltd., the person who worked for my case just really rush to let the case done. The case is done now but I still haven’t got my BRP back to me. I still haven’t got my BRP yet after one month after I’ve received the home office decision. Also, this company has so many ways to charge you extra money!!!”

“The case worker dealing with my case left the firm not long after my appointment. He was supposed to send me an email with some research on the WRS - good character connection. This was the main reason for my appointment. I haven't received this email (or any emails) from him or from anyone else. I am disappointed with the service provided, because I feel like I paid for nothing and the package wasn't cheap. It would have been nice for someone to pick up my case and follow it up.”

“This is the second time I am useing Ias and the decision is what I would regret all my life . No support from lawyer at all. Hardly respond to email. Applied for leave to remain renewal and it's been over 7 months now I haven't had anything from home office despite d fact I did biometric enrolment last year August. . My first application bearly took 4 month . Contacted Ias all d response I got is they can't force home office to make decision even if my biometric renewal takes forever . I have stoped working for d past 7 month living from hand to mouth. Would never ever use ias again never”

“My overall rating is extremely poor. The promises I was made were not kept. I have paid the full service and I have NOT received what was due. Whenever I tried to make contact with IAS, they either did not reply or were not available. This is NOT the kind of service you would expect. I would be in a position to sue IAS, but it will be too much pain. I will share my experience with as many people as possible through word of mouth, social media and other means. IAS do not deserve any credit. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.”
