We can collect your clothes donation from your home or your place of work, and your used/unwanted items will help raise funds for charities. Your chosen charity will receive £200 for every tonne of clothes collected.

Email received stating bags collected but still on front lawn in rain. Not happy, I've got to store for another week as had to rebook collection.

Well I put a note on the bag outside to say I have more inside and didn’t knock on couldn’t fit all the bags outside

Biggest scam ever! I booked the collection, received a confirmation email, brought the bag outside by the door, received a thank you collection email only to find my bag all torn apart with all my clothes all over the pavement and street!! Horrible feeling I must say! When trying to call them they just hung up on me and the line has been busy ever after! Don’t be bothered with them, just drop your lovely old clothes at the charity shop next door!

it wont allow me to rate any lower than 1 but should be zero. staff didn't take my email down correctly, even after reading and spelling it out incredibly rude driver called 11 times before i could get through when i did call to complain, i was told if i want a response i'd have to email. you try and do something nice for charity and to help people and you're met with impolite, rude, ignorant people and a very unprofessional outfit/charity. I would recommend everyone stay clear of these people and either post of free facebook groups where you help people direct, rather than lining the pockets of charity directors (yes they do get paid very very well) and are not kept waiting for 2 hours in someone elses empty house, only to be met with such disgraceful attitudes.

The company driver was rude . Did not take any else but clothes books and cd’s. He was lazy and asked me to take out the clothes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My auntie’s belongings had to be discarded. I could have donated all her kitchen and lights etc to another chari

The delivery guy only collected a small portion of the items that I am supposed to donate. All my items are brand new stationaries and I had no problem donating the same thing on my previous donations with icollect.

The driver had a scowl on his face because i didnt answere the door right away, i had only been in a hour as my mum had a fall at 11pm and the ambulance didnt get to her till 6, so i didnt get home till after 7am, went stright to bed, i tryed to explain this to the driver why i took ages to answer the door, all he said is i dint want to know, were do i go for the bags, this attitude is disgusting, i only lost my husband last week and they were his clothes i was donating. Your driver needs to be nicer to people.

I had 8 bags of donations to be collected. Could only fit one at my door, so I left a very clear note asking to ring the doorbell and they didnt.

Just had first collection, all went well. But I'm very suspicious about how our chosen charities will benefit or be paid as no weighing of my donations was done and the bags/boxes of all unworn clothes and shoes was just put in the back of the van with everyone else's bags. How are our charities supposed to benefit from our donations? I smell a scam

All donations are weighed and calculated when each van gets back to the warehouse and each charity of whom we support receives the funds made from these donations. I said hello to the driver he didn’t even respond or acknowledge me, he didn’t even say thank you. I could have given it to any other charity - I find this very rude

I had explained that there was a large amount of donations and had asked for them to be collected from the hall way. The driver refused to enter the house or help me get the items to the doorway. I am an OAP and can't carry heavy loads. I found the driver to be unhelpful and rude There were books that were in virtually new condition and lots of the clothes were new. Suffice it to say this was not the service l was expecting and will not use you again

I had another separate collection bag delivered so left this out in the morning. I understood that your collection would be at a different time. I kept the donations for you in the house and waited for a time. Your driver collected a different donation and I still have 2 large bags of clothes.
