“What a fantastic idea! The online collection service is so easy to use. I received email updates and the items were collected in the time frame given by an iCollect clothes branded van. “It was quick and simple. I went onto their website to arrange a pick up date and time. They emailed me back with 2 days with a set date, followed by an emailed to inform me of a collection time. The man came in the morning and politely knock my door to confirm the bags that was outside was the clothes and he took them and thanked me. Thank you for your service as I do not have transportation to take my clothes to the charity shop. I would definitely rate this service and will be using it again.”

“Great service! Polite and professional driver arrived within the 2 hour slot and collected all my bags. This is a great solution if you have lots of things to give away but you don't have the means to take it to a shop. I will definitely use them again.”
