“Wonderfully efficient.Turned up on time. Will be using again. My husband recently passed after being ill for a very long time and hated when I suggested we passed some of his clothing. So I am hoping they help someone else in any way.”

“Excellent service the drivers who came out to me on both the 1st and 4th of May 2023 were more than willing to help and assist me with carrying all sorts of bags out to the van Including lots of binliners full of clothes! as well as all small, medium and large sized bags e.g. Sainsburys They were both friendly, polite and helpful and had a nice easy going manner Excellent to work with! As I just could not have even managed some of these bags all by myself and thank you”

“I definitely recommend this company for collecting your unwanted items. They ask for 2 times that you will be available, then email you with which time they can make it. They then email you again the time they will collect. Really useful when you cant easily get to a charity shop, and it goes to a worthy cause. The driver was friendly and on time. Really good service!”

“Brilliant service! The online form was quick and easy to fill in. You have a choice of which charity you want to donate to, or a choice for any charity to collect. I selected the date I wanted and the alternative date I wanted. Quickly received a confirmation email. Shortly after received an email to tell me that there wasn’t a driver available for those dates so was given an alternative date which was changeable but suited me. It said 8:30-17:30 collection. The day before the collection (a bank holiday as well) got an email with a more precise time of 8:30-10:30 Then the morning of the collection I got an email to say 8:00-9:00 am I put out 8 bin bags of clothes and they were collected around 8:30. Super happy with the service I received. Kept up to date, quick and easy. Couldn’t fault the service. Also had an email after the collection to confirm to collection and to thank me for the donation! For a free service it was brilliant! I will definitely be using the service and have told family about the brilliant service!”
