“Picked up on time, friendly driver. Efficient and worthwhile service. I struggle to get charity donations to shops etc. This gives me peace of mind to know I can still donate things to charity. Thank you.”

“its is quick an efficient. I am just unsure of how my bags when collected are then sold and the funds go to my chosen charity. The bags for mixed charities are all together in the van but somehow there all allocated to a person's preferred charity. I do write my charity on the bags hoping it helps. Its just nice to know my personal things are going to the desired destination.”

“Such a great service. I've used iCC a few times now and their communication is great. They always email to confirm the booking and then again nearer the time with a pick-up time slot. They've always turned up within that slot, drivers are helpful and friendly, and the collection is normally complete within minutes. What's not to like! Sooo easy and convenient and the service raises money for charity!”
