“Very easy to navigate website and collection of donations is simple, prompt and straightforward. Couldn’t be easier! Would highly recommend for clothing and other household donations and you get to choose amongst several worthwhile charities.”

“First time I used them they were great, but the couple of times I’ve been really disappointed. They change the ETA 3-4 times so you’re left staying in all day. They originally said they’d be here 8am-10am today and I’m still waiting at gone 2pm. Ruined my plans for the day.”

“Booked a collection, was emailed to confirm ,two days later on my chosen date was picked up during the two hour time slot I was emailed. Great service ,will definitely use again .”
