Arranged a collection for Saturday and left 3 bags outside. Today is Sunday and the clothes still haven't been collected, if I knew the service was this bad I wouldn't have recommended.

The man that collect my items was rude. My daughter (14), opened the door and asked him to wait while she checked what bags where to go, when she went to give him the bag he snatched it from her making her feel very uncomfortable. He left no more bags and she did not have the chance to ask for any more. We regularly donate, but will be finding another company. I'm so upset someone came to my door and thought it was ok to act that way to a young person. Not good enough.

They didn't bother coming to my door. for the bag.. after stating' place on doorstep.'...just were seen driving past.

No one didn't even come to pick the clothes up and then I received an email to thank me that I donated the clothes and to rate the services so there you go. Except confirmation email about the pick up time and this email, no one even try to contact me about the donation. I was little bit a disappointment.

The gentleman collecting the clothes was extremely rude. He didn’t know how to open the door (or just didn’t feel like coming up) and took it on my wife for not coming down with the clothes. She was alone with my 6 months baby. A pity as otherwise I would have been delighted with the service and the cause.

Today a charity bag was dropped at my door at 7.39am, unfortunately my cctv shows your member of staff walking away from my house with my milk delivery!!!! If they steal from my doorstep, what are they stealing from the bags!!!! I'm sending this footage viral!!!!

their collection bag was posted through our letter box despite having a visible sign on our front door stating no charity bags to be posted through! Furthermore, everyone should take a note that this company only gives £200 per 1 tonne of clothing collected to your chosen charity and then they sell the clothes abroad for a much greater profit!

Bad really as I received an email saying that Vadim driver came and took my stuff and I came back home all stuff is still in place . I need an explanation for what happened.

They did not collect the bag as they said they would on 2 different days and I had to to keep phoning/emailing them before eventually they managed to collect it the third time they agreed - very frustrating!

Clothes were not picked today. Sat inside all day only to find out the driver had lied and said he had picked them up. Have rearranged for another pickup so will wait and see. Was impressed with how quickly they got back to me with arranging a day and time, only for it to be ruined with this lie.

I received a collection carrier bag through my door at the weekend which said that a collection would be made the following Tuesday. As I have always wanted to donate to Heart UK, I packed a few bags of clothing and books and put them outside but no one came to collect them. i therefore wrote to iCollectClothes on Tuesday to let them know and I was sent an email saying that the van would be here today (Thursday) between 8 and 5. At around 11.30 I saw two iCollectClothes vans parked next door and thought they were coming for their collection, so I ran downstairs and opened the door but I saw them leaving and didn't make it in time to stop them. I again wrote to iCollectClothes and was told that the men must have been doing a door-to-door collection and that they would be at my place soon. As I have quite a few things that may be ruined if it rains i had decided to stay in all day (I had also added 3 cameras to my collection bags). I am extremely upset to have wasted a whole day waiting (and the time looking for things to pack all the bags on Tuesday. Now I'll have to look into giving them to someone else.

Their distributors either cannot read english, or completely ignore householders request that no leaflets , charity collection bags or circulars are delivered, despite large notices to that effect, prominantly affixed on their letterbox.
