“Biggest scam ever! I booked the collection, received a confirmation email, brought the bag outside by the door, received a thank you collection email only to find my bag all torn apart with all my clothes all over the pavement and street!! Horrible feeling I must say! When trying to call them they just hung up on me and the line has been busy ever after! Don’t be bothered with them, just drop your lovely old clothes at the charity shop next door!”

“Excellent and prompt service. I was given a time and date for collection and messaged a time slot on the day. I wasn’t home at the time of collection but all clothing was collected without any problems from my front.I would highly recommend Icollect .”
