“Was given a date and time for collection but the driver was unable to collect on that day. We had a phone call plus an email to rearrange and it was collected the next day - all very efficient. I have noticed some say that this is more of a business but to be honest, as long as some charities benefit, which I'm sure they do, I'm really not that bothered. We have had no charity bags around our area since before the pandemic and I rang several who all told me to take the donations to one of their shops. I'm sorry but this is highly inconvenient for us as we have no means of getting there so thumbs up to iCollectClothes.”

“Using ICollectClothes allowed me to clean out my wardrobe, donate and have it picked up eliminating my having to find a location that would accept more than one bag of donations at a time and travel around to drop off. It was very easy using their website, choose a date and location (home) that worked for me. I was kept up to date via email and the driver was on time, courteous and was in and out in less than five minutes. It was brilliant, I highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you”
