“I love them! All I do is email them and they give me a collection date that’s agreeable to both of us. I put out the bags the night before and like magic they are collected! I have used them 5 times so far and would definitely recommend them”

“I have a iliostomy and other problems with arthritis /asthma etc… and I am so happy and pleased to be giving my help to people, I know how hard it can be, and we need has much help as possible, it’s very difficult times…and more ahead…especially when you have a illness and getting old, depressed/Lonely/pain/not being able to go out or get out etc…. living with a STORMA is and can be difficult…I was very young (40) when I had mine and now I’m a young 61😊 it’s been very hard,but I try to keep smiling and through my tears……in any way I can help I will…😊 The driver who was very polite and helpful..collected 6 bag of clothing/shoes etc… and was spot on time with the email I received early this morning, he took the bags away from my hall way and I felt pleased and happy that I know I’m helping someone. Thank you to the driver/drivers who are collecting these bags and being on time, much appreciated. Keep Smiling 😊 xx”
