“Easy to arrange, and a wonderful charity, bur when I told the driver there were breakable items in the bags, he continued to just throw them into the back. I would use again for ease, but even when I warned him, it did not seem to matter. Now feel like some of those items should not have been sent if they are treated like that. Next time I will only be sending soft items.”

“Fantastic service, had to phone to rearrange collection twice as change in plans, the office was great, the delivery collected promptly and could not have gone better.. I could never have coped with the 30plus giant bags myself, amazing, fantastic service and money to good cause of your choice... Thank You”

“The guy was very polite and did not grumble about taking very heavy bags of books plus clothes down 4 flights of stairs as my building is unlifted. I am just pleased that I can contribute to such a good cause.”
