I waited till end of slot time but no show so had to leave outside but had a lot more ready in garage. Didnt want to pile it all up outside as disrespectful to my dad. So not happy to find false time logged on collection. Half hour before i left the property and bags were still there so time slot was useless

Really rude employee berating me for not leaving a note about outside collection when I had email correspondence saying ok to leave outside and I left it outside with a note on top.... totally unnecessary approach to the situation

So this service a 'cash for clothes' service? I want to be sure my items are going to someone in need. The homeless do not have money to spend in charity shops no matter how cheap they are. Please could you send information regarding if or how you help these individuals Thank you

I received an email saying that my bags had been picked, yet this isn't true. Hours after I received the email, I realised that bags weren't actually picked as stated in the email.

A little disappointed. Wouldnt expect I'd have to say dont take the box/crate we keep our letters in too. It's a clothing collection and they took other items that were not specified.

I’m not happy that the driver was opening the bags up in public view and separated the bags in different locations of his van I will view my Cctv and do screen shots of this

Saw a icollectclothes van parked outside and I made an enquiry with your driver to ascertain very quickly how it worked and if he was able to take ad hoc collections Suffice to say he’s not a very good ambassador for your company Within three minutes of interacting with him It was clear he was a rude arrogant individual and not very charitable at all. You need to understand that every person you hire is representative of your company and if he’s what your company represents then people will want no part of it.

Awful service from a dishonest company. Booked a collection with these people and prepared 9 massive bags of donations. On the day the collection was due to happen I received an email from them saying my collection has been cancelled, and would I like to be notified when the service is available in my area. (that's Luton, by the way - which is just outside of London for those who don't know.) I thought that was weird because on their website it says "Regardless of our location, our pick up drivers can find you wherever collection is required. Just book the collection and leave the rest to us." Contacted customer service and yep... Apparently, they can't collect from Luton. They're based in Essex so I'm sorry, but I'm not buying it. What I would buy, however, is that with the current lockdown they're inundated with bookings - probably more than they can handle. So they've decided to let everyone book a collection, and are only collecting from the most affluent areas, then cancelling on everyone else. Let's not forget that they are a business, not a charity. They collect 1 tonne of clothes and the charity gets £200. The rest of the money they make is theirs to keep. So the higher quality of the clothes you donate, the more profit they make per tonne. Of course, this is just a theory. I could be way off base. But it seems more likely than them being unable to collect from somewhere that's only an hours drive away.

The driver opened up all the bags, took what he wanted and left clothes and shoes all over the driveway. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Asked the guy to stand back as I am high risk and he kept coming close. No mask on. Last time I will ever donate.

Annoyed that the date on my mail drop which encouraged me to donate was not honoured- so I had to rearrange collection myself and I noticed many of my neighbours had given up so the environmental impact of collecting my donation negated the whole transaction! No apology or explanation was offered.
