“Terribly unreliable service, back to back to back cancellations at the last minute which was super disruptive as we had a huge amount of stuff to donate and had to keep moving the things in and out of the appartment with every cancellation, finally found a local hospice near us and donated there, not to our chosen charity but atleast will help someone who needs the items. I certainly will not recommend using this service, extremely poor.”

“This is a great service. Excellent communication with a responsive office facilitated donation of a large amount of items during collections on 2 consecutive days. The collector/driver was able to work with us to get the items down from the 5th floor and make the process as easy as possible. If you just have a couple of bags it’s a complete no brainer!”
