“Simply put, the whole team here have consistently demonstrated nothing less than the gold standard in service and technology in the CCTV field. No matter whom I have spoken with and over years now, everyone here holds the same ethos of being incredibly helpful, knowledgable and enthusiastic in both their pre and after sales areas. Their premises bear witness to how dedicated they are to upholding this standard and of course it is amazing to be able to see all their equipment live in operation fundamentally, here the reassurance is right in front of your eyes!”

“This was replacement kit needed after a previous purchase had worked perfectly for 5 years, but had reached end of life use. The advice given prior to purchase was helpful and the units arrived swiftly with advice given on how to set it all up again.”

“Good website , I found the products I wanted ok. Ordered and they arrived next day . I had an issue ,I had no cameras connecting reliably. I called them and the person was very helpful and genuinely wanted to help. He sent a trial cable after a good discussion. It turned out to be a transformer from my old kit that I was using . Not their kit at all . I really appreciate the person to person contact they gave me.”

“I bought the CCTV kit but some equipment provided was not compatible and I’ve to buy the new equipment (to complete the installation) in emergency at the time of installation from local cctv shop that has ruined the professional installation. Bcoz the equipment provided by CCTVKit is not correct, the current installation looks very ugly. So avoid buying from this website.”

Hello Riyaz, it seems you bought these items yourself on our website and whilst our product listing for the camera are linked to the correct back boxes, you seem to have checked out with the wrong ones by mistake. Not sure this is our fault in this instance, sorry.

“Amazing customer service. The sales team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As a complete novice their advice was invaluable. I had some issues getting the system up and running on my own and they couldn't have been more helpful, quickly identifying where I'd gone wrong and talking me through the fix I needed to make. I couldn't recommend them more highly.”
