Hello - the cameras you purchased do in fact have audio - audio over coax - meaning you also need to have them running into a compatible Hikvision DVR that supports AOC. Did you call us? (We didn't make them)

“Made my first purchase with CCTV kits last week. They contacted me the next day informing me that I had ordered the incorrect back box for the camera that I had selected. They charged this for me (Brilliant!). The HiLook CCTV kit came and is now working fine.”

“Very speedy delivery - much faster than quite at order. The Quick Start Guide written by cctvkits and included in the product made installation and set up so much easier. It is much better written and clearer that the manufacturer’s own guide, real added value - well done cctvkits!!!”
