“They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and have dedicated a fair amount of time to helping us solve an issue with a POE door bell. So far we've only dealt with Callum, but I assume the rest of the team are just as helpful and knowledgable as he is. I would reccomend them to anyone, best customer service ive seen in the feild.”

“Highly recommended!! Their pre sales team were really knowledgeable on the checking compatibility and advising on product selection which really helped. The additional ColorVu cameras I bought weren’t displaying the SMART light but after a chat with the after sales tech guys they helped solve it and send me the link to the latest camera firmware and updated it. I spoke with two other suppliers and CCTVKITS were the cheapest overall too. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Thank you, Owen.”
