“A good kit arrived fast”

“One of my go to places for security equipment, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the delivery process, I ordered one system and notified DPD to leave at pick up point which is great, ordered another system a week later and DPD wouldn’t give me the option to leave at a pick up point only re-schedule the delivery so I’ve had to postpone the installation date with the customer”

“Highly recommend the VALE NVR and two cameras purchased. Still tweaks to carryout over next couple weeks. Purchased crimp tool same time as kit and this has been biggest waste off time and money. The amount of time wasted on failed rj45 connectors. Awaiting new crimp tool (x5 times the price) and will redo all connectors as i have no confidence in existing connections.”

“Decided to install small IP CCTV system with cameras covering drive and side of garage. CCTV kits website gave all the info about equipment I was looking to order, which I placed about 1pm and it was with me the following afternoon. Great service and will but again if I decide to add more cameras.”

“Really knowledgeable on the phone, good selection and incredibly fast delivery. I completed the order on their website and had a delivery tracking notice within an hour! Absolutely excellent service - admittendly is was standard stock items and I had paid extra for next day delivery, but even so, that turnaround speed is amazing. I'll be placing another order in the very near future and will definitely recommend them.”

“I think that the kit is excellent. Very good value. The camera quality is excellent. The setup of the camera’s on the nvr was very easy initially but as it was a trial when I came to set them up properly I found that they could not be seen. I contacted support and they solved the issue easily. The service was excellent.”
