The TEFL course itself was great. I loved it. I decided to go and work the IES global and did the teach and travel Thailand internship. The company screwed me over and lied about everything. I would recommend I-to-I but i would steer clear of any thing they recommend.

Im not sure if I feel ready to teach a class but I havent tried yet so I'm not sure. They gave me a lot of material that I could try so I think it would be successful.

The course was very nice, I'm still doing it actually but I finished the core part. What wasn't nice are these two important things: 1. I bought the course in advance and I could fill in the date I wanted to start. When the actual day was there to start my course I couldn't log in and had to call the helpdesk in London (expensive call for me from abroad), where they happened to forgot to activate my course. This could improve a lot better!!! They also didn't say they just forgot it (but it was very clear that they had), it would be better if they would be more honest (if I am right about it of cours). 2. I bought the 'flexibility date changer' for the practice weekend when I bought the course. I happened to have to use it, I had to change de practice weekend. I searched really thoroughly and hard on the telf or i-to-i website how I could change the date, but really nowhere I could find the answer.... This could improve too! Those two things above are really the only not so nice things I endured, but the rest is very good.

I found the Course to be informative, challenging and very helpful. I loved the fact that it allowed me to work at my own pace. I was able to keep my full-time job and completed it within six months. Even though I have been teaching for quite some time, I still learned a lot. I am now more confident in writing my lessons. The tutors were quick to respond to my assignment and offer great feedback. I enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone!

I found the Course to be informative, challenging and very helpful. I loved how it allowed me to work at my own pace. Even though I have been teaching for quite some time, I still learned a lot. The teachers are quick to respond to my assignment and offer great feedback. improved both my preparation and in-class teaching methodologies. I took this course while working a full-time job and was able to complete it in under six months.

I took a TEFL about 3 years ago and was very happy with the whole process! It was very easy and accesible to log in and take the different modules of my course and every time I had to hand in something that I had to get approved, the feedback was very fast! Also I attended a workshop in London which was very succesful and a learning experience that added to the online course. Furthermore I find there is so much information on the website and a lot of material and help to apply for jobs if you need it. I can recommend i-to-i without a doubt.

The course is well organized and follows a logical, easily understandable order. Feedback from tutors after submitting assignments are quick, efficient and very helpful. I'm really bad at grammar and haven't studied it since high school - 20 years ago. So it was really good to brush up on basic grammar in the 20 hour grammar course.

I took the 120 hour certification. It was a demanding course. Although, I have had previous experience in teaching it gave me, new knowledge and could review the teaching methodology I had already obtained in the past. It was a good course and I would recommend it.

I initially took this TEFL course because it was recommended that I take one before I depart to Asia so I would feel more prepared. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned. Yes, it may be a simple straight-forward course, but it was very helpful for someone like me- someone who doesn't have a background in education. The course is challenging and it made me realize that there's many ways to teach different age groups and levels. With that said, the only thing I am not satisfied with is the 20 hour in-class portion of my TEFL. I have been constantly been told that the class has to be delayed because of the lack of students taking the course. It's a huge disappointment since I have been waiting for 3 months now, and I need to have the certificate completed before I leave for Asia. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the online course and how helpful the tutors as well as the customer support team were whenever I had problems.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would love to give it five stars but unfortunately it took several attempts before I could complete my in-classroom training. Fortunately I was able to continue changing my schedule but it was extremely frustrating to have my class pushed back three times over five months. Once I got to the in-classroom portion it was wonderful. The teacher is excellent and very inspiring. Along with the online portions I feel like I received very helpful information that will assist me as a TEFL teacher.

The course was very good but it does not really help to find a job position if you are not a native English speaker... so I would reccomend it ONLY to native future teachers. The others we do not really have chances anywhere in the world.

The course was well designed and the layout was good, however there were numerous, embrassing spelling or grammar mistakes. This needs to be sorted as the whole course is about teaching English!!

It was an effective course in preparing me to teach. The feedback was quick and provided valuable incite, particularly concerning the writing of lesson plans. I was disappointed at the difficulty of scheduling the in person aspect of the course, particularly since I was going to have to go to another city for it. There were just never the numbers for it to be "worthwhile" for them. Overall, cost effective and accomplished most of what I needed. Thanks.

The online sessions, quizzes, resources and live webinars have been very good. I got feedback on an assignment from a tutor within 30 mins. Customer service has also been great. I would have given a very good rating. However, I have been disappointed to find that the weekend course dates I hoped to attend in my region have been cancelled due to low attendance, which means either making expensive travel plans, or postponing this part of the course for about 3 months or longer.

Having completed the 120 hour course I have several opinions about certian portions of the course. Most of the course I thought was very very well laid out - if I didn't understand something it was a very simple matter of reviewing through the provided PDF files quickly to re-evaluate whatever is that I didn't understand, I found this very helpful and an asset to this course. I have one complain however that I had noticed through out the 60 hour portion of the course - after each segment, there would be a quiz, well at the last portion of each quiz there would be a fill-in-the-blank and honestly it was very hard to figure out what it wanted me to insert into many of these boxes. I am American and sometimes I felt it would be due to the minor differences between British english and American English? Other times it was extremely unclear, no matter how in-depth I reviewed the material or scoured through the information at hand. I see the purpose of this portion of the test but perhaps there is a bette rmethod of getting the students to produce the information. This was my only complaint though! I thought the course was excellent otherwise and I've already gone about suggesting friends and family to look into the course and take it. I'm 100% certain that you've earned several students through me and I'm also 100% that they will take as much out of the course as I did. Good work, i-to-i. Keep it up.

The course I did was very good even though every now and then a question in the exam would not have been covered in the material that was available to me at the time. or a different terminology may have been used in the exam questions that was not mentioned in the subject material. generally the tutors would not be able to get a concept across or you could not prove you knew the concept due to not being able to actually verbally express oneself with stress points for example.
