“Technical problems with their website. Losing days of the course because their website glitches. Additionally there is a lack of transparency in their marking and they take an unnecessary amount of time to mark work as a way to make you pay and have to extend your course.”

“1. The course content is seriously outdated, with video examples and some websites being obsolete 2. The assignments take days to grade and the tutors are extremely nitpicky, and will return your assignment for as little as possible to get you to run out of free assignment submissions. This is a way to ensure that you pay more for course extension and faster assignment grading 3. The worst part of this course is the absolutely terrible customer service support. It seems like the company outsources its customer service team to another company so you keep hearing different messages from different parties. I completed my coursework over a month ago and there is no indication that I am going to receive my certificate yet. I have been told my certificate was sent to me yet I have not received anything about it in my email. Additionally, although I have completed the course and I have written proof of completion to prove it, they are still sending me emails that I need to extend my course and that I am not done with my course work. I am getting different messages from different groups of people and that's frustrating Why do I have to beg to receive something I paid for and worked hard for? I am essentially begging to receive a certificate and have sent so many emails over the span of two weeks but I still do not have a certificate on hand. Do not buy their service if you want a smooth experience and your own piece of mind.”

“I will warn everyone against this service. It is predatory. It is lazy, and it is designed to seperate you from as much money as possible. They charge you to resubmit assignments that are part of your course work! Imagine that. And because they refuse to give feedback based on your chages, you eventually will have to pay more. This is wrong. And they know they are wrong. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.”

“As an applied linguist I would definitely NOT recommend this course. The feedback is pathetic, not consistent and not actionable, and the time to assess is even worse. Assignments are returned because you have to change five vocabulary words to at least eight, etc. Some of my students, who I will now definitely not encourage to take these courses, have been waiting 4 months for their diplomas/certificates.”
