“Hello, I recently just finished with my i-to-i level 5 course and here are some things that are good and some that are not. Firstly, the good: - The work is good and challenging - Tutors are great with the reviewing and they do respond. -The quizzes were great, as it tests your knowledge and if you were actually paying attention. - Feedback was usually detailed to a T and that helped me understand the course better - I enjoyed the course as it has a lot of elements that help you have more knowledge about teaching as a whole. The bad: - Sometimes, the marking would take longer than the suggested time (7 days) - Communication was a bit delayed and sometimes it was hard to get into contact with the tutors or even the customer service. - Submission and extension fee, however it made me learn more patience and endurance to keep going, even if I paid more Over all, it was a good course. I commend the tutors for their communication, proficiency and support with the course, the unit tests and the assignments. It might be difficult but that just shows how well oragnised the course it and how indepth they go. I'm absolutely thrilled to have finished with my level 5 course.”

“I submitted my final assignment on August 11th, and as of August 24th I still have not received a grade or any response. I already paid for the extension they required in order to resubmit my work, but now that I have completed the task, no one is responding. I have tried contacting the tutors and using their messaging system, yet nothing has worked. At this point, it feels like they may be attempting to get me to pay more money before showing me my grade or grading my assignment, which seems deceptive and possibly even criminal. This long delay is preventing me from moving forward and positioning myself for job opportunities. If an organization sets rules and timelines for students, they should be held accountable to follow them. Two weeks with no communication after payment and submission is unacceptable.”
