I just wanted to let you know that you may not necessarily appreciate this response. Nevertheless, Yes, of course, what we send the first time is Never up to standard. I'm absolutely convinced that i-to-i uses the information that we, as students, send to their advantage - using our ideas for your own teaching efforts and to profiteer off of our efforts, regardless of how much we put in – capitalistic greed. I am firmly against much of what i-to-i suggests; however, they seem to enforce dictatorially on their students - "Do or else"...right. I have done five TEFL programs already, and this i-to-i program is by far the worst. I absolutely detest this program and "will" firmly say that I cannot participate in any other courses i-to-i offer and shall convey that message to anyone else I meet, potentially interested in the program. I am so frustrated with this program that I have nothing nice to say. Thanks for nothing. I have exhausted my efforts in trying to convey pleasant messages to the arrogancy of those overseeing students and the leadership in the i-to-I company to no avail; thus, I shall give it back in the manner I perceive the communication that is given in return to us as students. A terrible course to learn how to teach EFL learners. Get rid of the blatant arrogance of personnel instructing the program. Also, please, can students get actual "teachers instead of secondary tutors?" We also expect responses to projects to be in respectable English - no basic spelling or grammatical errors - as is the case with responses I have received, including my last feedback response. And, it is not just because of the British vs. American English spelling differentiation - it is entirely incorrect spelling.

I have had a similar experience to some of the other reviewers. The consultant pressured me into signing up - promising me that there is a 14 day cool off period. It is now only 17 hours since I enrolled, and I am already having trouble logging in. Haven't even seen ANY of the course material because I cannot access it. I really hope that I wasnt just lied to about the cancellation / cool off period, becuase that will put this company right there with other online scammers!

This people are just after our money. They'll treat u nicely at the beginning so u can place ur course order. I joined I to I last year November but it was a quick decision cause I didn't want to loose the black Friday sale. I didn't Start downloading anything till mid January n before then I wanted to cancel but I wad told I can't. Now I really wanna cancel as I have no time and money as I'm not working but they won't let me cancel . 7.6 on the TCS and CS say I can cancel but for some reason they said I can't cancel. I trully regret .they say I still have to pay n I only did one unit..I have the right to cancel. Whats worse is that they won't explain all that in the beginning.

When you bought your course you agreed to spread the full value of your course over a longer period of time than paying for it straight away. Payed for my course had an agreement that i would get to do my course when i can, but now im being told so many things that the site is shutting down ..so they said they will unlock the course for me but i only have 60 days to complete it. But still i cant login mxm what a waste of my money.

A very good course offering challenges to me in relation to my skills. Despite a post graduate certificate in education I learnt so much. I enjoyed the learning process and feedback on my assignments was well thought out and of great assistance in improving my skills.

This course is not worth your money. It took weeks for them to even email me the course, all the while customer service never called or emailed me back. The course itself is on a cheap looking website, is hard to navigate and is poorly written, leading to an incredibly boring and worthless 120 hours. The quizzes they have built in to break up the monotonous pages of text would be nice- except they quiz you on concepts that weren't mentioned in the course. No time or thought was put into this course, and if you can afford to buy any other TEFL course I encourage you to do so; other courses can't possibly be worse than this one. I have yet to finish, so maybe its all worth it for that piece of paper that says I know what I'm doing, but I doubt it, because I have learned nothing in this entire course.

This class is a complete joke! It does nothing to prepare you to actually teach an English class. They are only concerned with the tedious grading of the "lesson plans". Yet most schools require you to use their lesson plans and will not rely on new teachers to create lesson plans from scratch! They are very slow to respond to assignments to eat up your time so you have to buy more extensions. Don't waste your money!! I asked for a refund but I didn't start the course until after the refund window had closed. Even though they verified the course was not started they would not honor the refund. Don't waste your money!!

I enrolled with i-to-i and I have had nothing but a bad experience with them, I paid for the advanced Diploma course, I got my certificate for the 180 hour course and that was it. I Passed the other assignments that came after the 180 hour courses except the IELTS exam preparation one. My assignment has been returned to me countless times since mid April up to now, and everytime it seems like there is something new that I have to fix, my course expired mid May with no positive feedback, they always tell me to change this and that, kept changing until I couldn't change anything anymore and I now believe that the second part of the course doesn't exist, that it's a scam. Thinking of involving lawyers so I could atleast get half of my money back and just keep the 180 hour certificate I was able to obtain from them.

My experience with them started ok and ending badly,they keep passing my final work to everyone and i keep having to redo same thing. its really annoyng feels like they just dont want me to finish and get my qualification, i regret the day i signed up

I have been working my tail off, off-hours to read materials and take assessments during work hours. I finished Unit 5 of the 180 hour course only to be stopped after Unit 5?? Why can't I access Unit 6 and beyond?

No I haven't had a bad experience at all - don't know where that came from? So far am extremely happy with communications from i -to-i, just am anxious to now put my theory into practice and get on with some on-line teaching and am awaiting feed back and looking forward to it - many thanks

Tje course was recommended by one of my friends. I bought the pack that was on sale. But I felt pregnant straight after. So ,the first 4 months were as a nightmare, just laying down on my bed. So, I wrote an email requesting a prolongation for my course they totally ignored my situation, by sending an email suggesting that I can buy extra. I just waisted my money. As it was a normal establishment school, they would accept my request.
