“I really enjoyed the course: I found it well-planned, stimulating and challenging! I liked the clips of real-life teaching situations and the copious and varied information in the sections for Further Reading. I did not pass any of my assignments first time, which I think is good: I respect that TEFL maintain their standards and did not let me off the hook until I had properly understood the tasks and completed them. Many thanks!”

“Great follow-up service. I qualified in 2009 but have become separated from my certificate which I now need. A quick message on chat and a digital copy was sent to me via email. I've had no problem having this cert recognised and have been impressed by i-to-i from initial enquiry in 2009, through the course and the after care.”

“Nothing went wrong from i-TO-i's side. I am just extremely thankful and appreciative for how you dealt with my request for an extension after I had Covid and prior to that worked under extremely difficult circumstances. Your empathy and understanding means the world to me. And I would also like to congratulate you on the quality of the i-TO-i study material. Being a facilitator of training, although in a different field. I have an understanding of wat it takes to provide material of such high standard. Your customer support department has also, on the few occasions that I needed them, responded quickly and in a helpful way. Thanks for everything.”
