The course is a refreshing guide into the practice of teaching, touching on traditional approaches to the current method of student-centred lessons; increasing student participation at all stages in the lesson process. The methods of lesson preparation are interesting as indeed the insights into the ways students learn. It's actively participative and practical and honed to bring in the latest thinking in not only the ESL/EFL arena, but also in every other classroom. The staff at the office were most helpful (warm and professional) when I needed clarity on issues.

Three things stand out about this course. It is meticulously STRUCTURED. The SELF-ASSESSMENT quizzes and end-of-unit assessments are very helpful. And the FEEDBACK on the 3 Assignments was extremely positive and useful. Thank you.

Customer service is amazing. Jordan assisted me from my initial TEFL job searching email to assisting me in developing my CV/Resume to attract job opportunities and be more appealing, all the way to suggesting suitable jobs👍🏽💯 Very happy with service.

I have to say a very big thank you to Sahm for helping me out. I've personally never done this before and it can always be quite daunting starting a journey like this one in the midst of everything going on in the world. I’d like to say a special thank you to Jesse, Customer Service, who responded after I had explained that I had not received my certificate and it was well over four days since I had passed my last assignment. Jesse apologized and assured me that the request was made for the delivery of my certificate which I was truly grateful for as it is an essential part when applying for TEFL jobs

I was so impressed with the customer care and helpful advice given me by Nina on chat. Although I have a TEFL certificate, I am working on the Level 5 Advanced course, necessitating me to complete another 180hr course. It is so worth it! This course is far superior to my previous course which is also internationally accredited! Well done itoi!

I am busy with an i-to-i Level 5 Diploma course and am enjoying the lessons very much but find the assignments challenging. The course is easy to use and the tutors are very encouraging.

I have just completed three courses. I-ti-i's gave me excellent assistance with choosing the right courses for what I wanted to achieve. The order, payment and opening up the courses went like a well-oiled machine. I did not even have to ask for assistance. Their regular communication articles and freebies are invaluable.
