“Dear Sir/Madam, I recently ordered the Essential TEFL book. It arrived in paperback. I bought it because it was hardback. Hard back lasts a lot longer than paperback. I would therefore like you to send me the hardback Essential TEFL as this is what was advertised. On receipt of the hardback version, I shall return you the paperback that was not ordered. yours sincerely, Chris Brooking”

We have two versions of the book - a digital copy and a hard copy, meaning it is a physical copy rather than online. Once again, I apologise about the confusion. “I took the 120 hour online course for certification. The modules are pretty straight-forward and the quizzes help a lot. I wouldn't say it is extremely difficult to complete this course, but it does make you put in work. I took my time with this course so it took me a while to finish it, but I know there are others who have completed this course in a shorter time than me. The most challenging part of the course was the lesson plan and essay.”

“I am very impressed with the course layout, structure and content. I am enjoying the 'digestible chunks' to work through. It is incredibly rewarding to receive your feedback on my assignments and progress. I am amazing myself! I have worked back through the modules for each assignment and have kept all the links to additional documentation online. These have been an invaluable source of reference for my assignments. Your feedback has been very thoughtful, in-depth and gratefully received. I particularly enjoy the additional comments made on your feedback about progress being made.
