“Harder than thought but wasn't sure what to expect. Really quick turn around for marking once I had submitted the assessment!”

“Initially I found the subject and delivery of it very interesting and largely enjoyable. However, as time passed I found myself becoming less engaged with the course, and I think there was one key reason for that. I think there could be much more variety in the materials, it was page after page of text and at times I found it hard to continue. There are videos and there are writing tasks and they're great, but I think there could have been a lot more of them throughout. Having said that I found it easy to pick up everything that was taught and I think that is largely because of the uncomplicated and clear writing throughout the course. Ultimately I'm satisfied with the course as I ended up with the qualification and parts of it were enjoyable, but I think it could be more interactive. As for communication, I've found any queries I've had have been dealt with excellently. The responses were always very fast and very helpful, and all round I've found dealing with the company to be very straightforward and hassle free.”

“Everything was so clear and easy to follow. I was able to work at my own pace and review things that were more difficult for me personally, but there were so many resources available I didn't feel lost or alone.”

“This was a really clear and straightforward course. It provided a comprehensive overview of the structure of an IELTS qualification and also provided insightful information on how to teach it. I really enjoyed this course and I will feel much more confident when I come to teach the IELTS qualification.”

“I enjoyed the course. Although I wasn't on a very strict schedule, I was able to complete the course in the time frame given. I think the course can improve by having more interactive content and that notes can be presented in "less text". I did note however that in one of two of the quizzes, some of the answer options were missing and it made users miss a mark or two. But on an overall, I enjoyed doing the quizzes and preparing the lesson plan for the final assessment. It made me realised just how much effort is needed when planning for a lesson!”

“Very straightforward and easy to understand. Enjoyed being able to go at my own pace and fit in study between other commitments. Lots of exercises throughout to practice and check understanding of each section. Good feedback and prompt responses to any queries. Overall a very good introduction to TEFL and very enjoyable course.”

“The course has a clear set up, however, I did find it challenging to navigate! There was just so much information. THe content was relatively simple, nonetheless still interesting. The one issue I had with the course was printing the materials. I don´t find it easy to read the materials online and I like to have everything accessible and organized in a reader. But every time I tried to print, my computer crashed… I would have like one good pdf printable file of the whole book rather than print a page or a chapter… The responses to question and my exam were very quick!! thanks for that! also great service and support when needed.”

“I thought that the lessons were well-written and the tests and activities were at a good level. It would be good to be very clear about what happens during the final sections of the course as I didn't realise that after the written lesson plan there would still be further modules and a test. But overall I enjoyed the course. Many thanks”

“The 120 hour LoveTEFL course is definitely worth doing if you are interested in teaching/ interacting with others would do not have a lot of English. The course goes into great detail on TEFL teaching methodology, what to expect when in the classroom and is well presented. The quizzes and test stages help ensure that you are following everything that is said within each stage. It is very interesting and I would recommend doing it to anyone. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to involve a test half-way through to give to the tutor to get feedback at an earlier stage on lesson plans.”
