“Absolutely useless customer service when calling. I’ve called 11 times and each time no customer representative can help me or responds to me when I tried canceling my course. Either the connection on their side is bad and for a call centre I honestly don’t know how that’s possible.”

“Don't use this company. Just don't. Need proof? Just read the other reviews - they're clearly faking their 4.7 rating because most of the reviews are bad. Customer service is terrible, the website is poorly designed, no one can actually help you with anything, and they find any excuse to get more money out of you. Your assignment need to be *perfect*, and they look for any fault to make you resubmit (Which, surprise, takes money). They do not grade fairly - in the normal world - 90% is more than a pass, but not to these scammers. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money.”
