“I ordered some mugs in March, my card was debited on the same day, yet it is now June and I have not received the mugs or had any communication from Huh about the delay in delivery. Customer service is non existent in my experience. Awful company and there is no real person to respond to emails or resolve refund requests or fulfilling orders... Live chat does not exist.....scammers, appalling...AVOID”

“I ordered a jacket which was shown as being in stock online. A few days later however I received an email saying there would be a delay, but it would still be dispatched within the next 7-10 days. At the same time, the same item and exact size was being shown as in stock online. As the order was taking too long to to deliver I asked for a refund a month later. It is now June and I am still waiting for this refund - over 2 months since ordering the item originally. Avoid.”

“Should have takenrthe advise of lots of other negative reviews... ordered item only to be told there was a delay... that date came & went, asked for a refund and told would be 7-10 days. Guess what... that has now passed too & no money or item. Incidently, I have ordered same from another retailer which arrived within 2 days.... awful company with awful customer service system. Can't actually speak to anyone and takes 2 days for a basic response”

“Sent an item back for a refund on the 25/05/2025 and was told I would get a refund within 3-10 working days. It is now 02/06/2025 and I still haven't received my money back. Can only be contacted via live chat or email with a very slow response. Every time I try to contact them they say wait 3-10 working days for a refund to clear and nothing shifts. Terrible customer service”

“I ordered a top and was told almost immediately that it would be delayed. I have since contacted the store on several occasions via live chat and each time I get told they are expected a delivery within 5/7 days. No further updates are sent from the store. I am still waiting 2 months later. I have emailed the complaints team but no response.”

“I ordered a jacket from huh store, a treat to myself at £120.00. They were unable to supply the item and I requested a refund. I was assured it would take ten working days for the money to be refunded. It's now been well over a month and I'm yet to receive a penny. Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs!!”

“So far terrible service. I made a purchase on the 8th May but huh were unable to fulfil the order so I decided to cancel it and purchase else where. It has been 18 days since my order was cancelled, since then I have still not received a refund or satisfactory response to why they haven’t refunded me. I have messaged several times but basically keep getting told to wait a few more days.”

“Exactly the same issue as everyone else on here. Items ordered ages ago, fobbed off with messages saying 7-10 day delays, not items arrived so requested a refund - refund was authorised by them over a month ago. No refund money has arrived. Keep being fobbed off with “wait up to 10 working days”. Still waiting…… I will now avoid this company at all costs.”

“Should have listened to the bad reviews as they are unfortunately very accurate, ordered and 6 weeks later nothing, no updates in weeks and they don’t respond to refund requests. I’m still trying to get a refund. Extremely disappointing AVOID.”

“I ordered 2 items well over a month ago and still haven't received them. I've emailed 3 times for an explanation but only received one reply, which was completely unsatisfactory. It should be noted that the money came out of my account within a few days of placing the order. Awful service.”

“Still waiting for my order 2 months later. Had an initial message saying it would be delayed by a week which was fine as they refunded next day delivery, but that was 8 weeks ago! Starting to wonder if this store is actually a scam shop front… Have contacted on Instagram, live chat and email with no response to my latest communication. AVOID if you don’t want to lose your money forever!!”

“Ordered 2 t shirts and long sleeved t shirt 2nd May advised won't be dispatched due to "dispatch delay" wait 7-10working days, but nothing since, sent multiple messages in their chatting system, to a point I am getting ignored now. Sent emails today, as I need to get somewhere with this. Terrible experience so far.”
