⭐ 1 star Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order worth £650 on the 25th of March — nearly three months ago — and I have received nothing. Despite repeated emails, I’ve been fobbed off with the same generic response every time, offering no real explanation, no update, and no resolution. For a company handling high-value orders, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. I’ve asked for clear answers: • What’s causing the delay? • When will my order actually arrive? If you can’t fulfil the order, I expect a full refund immediately. Unless I receive a proper response and resolution immediately, I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and raising a dispute with my bank. Deeply disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend.

I ordered a Carhartt bag with a 2-3 day delivery period. Told that there was a 'delay' of 7-10 working days making it too late for an intended gift. Cancelled the order via email. I have not received the bag or the refund, it's been nearly three weeks. See TrustPilot for the real reviews. Many customers have a poor experience. Having no contact number is proof of keeping customers at a distance due to high level of complaints. I expect many of their products are drop shipped from the EU and have very long delivery times. You would be better off buying direct from the brands.

Ordered 5 t-shirts on the 2nd June. Was told they would arrive in 5-10 working days. To date, no items and no communication. Disappointing experience. Wish I had seen the reviews before I placed this order for my husbands birthday.

Absolute sham of a company. Similar story to a few other reviews on here. Ordered an item, was told there would be a slight postage delay. Waited patiently, ended up having to case the order up. Got told there was going to be an even longer delay so informed them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Took a lot of back and forth to finally cancel the order. I was told it would take 3-10 business days for the refund to process (even though they were able to take the money from my account pretty much instantly!) Still waiting...........

Scammers. Bought an item in April and it still hasn't arrived. Like everyone else, i keep being told it'll arrive withing the necxt week and nothing happens. I've now had to raise this with my bank to get the money back.

Message saying my item was delayed and will now be delivered within 7-10 days. That was May 30th, it's now June 17th. No response to my last few emails. No option to cancel or refund the order.

Awful service. Ordered an item that was in stock on the website. Later found that it was not in stock and they had listed it incorrectly. Over 6 weeks and have not received my refund. They are also ghosting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

Just really poor customer service, have sent 4 emails about my item which was ordered 20 days ago and still haven't heard anything just 'we'll get back to you in 1 day, were committed..." No updates at all, really disappointing service all around

I will never buy from this store again. IVE BEEN WAITING 2 months for a basic carharrtt T shirt! What an absolute joke. With zero communication from the store unless I contact them. Terrible business

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I’ve received. I placed an order for a pair of trousers that was delayed well beyond the originally stated shipping window of 1–2 weeks. I allowed additional time to account for that delay, but after more than a month with no shipment, I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be processed within 3 to 10 days. It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive it. Instead, I continue to get vague, generic responses with no resolution. This is unacceptable. I am still waiting for this matter resolved

BUYER BEWARE If I could give a zero I would. Ordered item several weeks ago and never arrived and still not had refund as promised. Very very slow customer services to the point I think this is a scam. Do not purchase from this store and I am in the process of going to trading standards to report.

I placed an order on the 25th of march for a carhartt backpack. i have made many attempts to ask where my item is and have just been met with “it should be there within a week”. it is now the 12th of june and still no updates or apologies to help find my item. very disappointed in the handling of customer service.

#Order never arrived and still chasing a refund. Only receiving automated emails back requesting my order number that has already been provided. Have repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail.

I ordered an item for the second time and it didn't show up, after weeks of chasing I asked them to cancel the order and they did but I have still not received my money back, the order was made in April. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, the same thing happened at Christmas and after some chasing they did refund me my order. I will never buy anything from them again.

Terrible experience. Check out the other reviews online with customers receiving a similar experience. Ordered well over a month ago but received nothing. It's a common theme, if the company was ever legitimate it's clearly fallen on hard times. No communication from store owner. Very disappointing. Avoid.

Placed an order in February, hasn’t been sent and I’m still awaiting a refund. When you email if you get a response they ask if you want an alternative and then nothing. One email said they have processed the refund but nothing received. Now they just send out a generic response to every message I send. Avoid at all costs. Trust pilot reviews all say the same

I ordered a carhartt t-shirt on 15th May, payment taken from account straight away to then be told 7-10 day delay. It’s now 7th June and after numerous emails with automated replies and some genuine, I’m still being fobbed off and still no t-shirt. Having seen some one star reviews on multiple review sites I have requested a refund and still nothing! Being a customer services manager, I am absolutely disgusted this is deemed acceptable. If you’re having business problems, be honest. If not, do the right thing.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and then received an email saying there was a delay of 7-10 days. As a result I requested a refund. Since then I have been bounced around with slow response to emails to reply regarding the refund, and then eventually when I did get a reply it asked if I was interested in something else that was in stock?! Bizarre. Looking at the reviews, this is a common theme, and is totally unfair on consumers. I haven't yet received my refund, or even confirmation of my refund, this is unacceptable and has left me very concerned that I won't get my money back. The email responses (when they arrive) appear to be from the Founder and Director of HUH, Jack Lowe (can be found on Linked In). This level of response and delay does not meet the standards required as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Will now be contacting Trading Standards and Companies House Services.
