“This is a scam store. I purchased a £17 kinto waterbottle and it never came. So I requested a refund and all I received was silly vague emails asking me if I want a different colour when I requested a refund 3 times. Finally, the associate said they would cancel the order and refund (this was in May) But it’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my order. This is the worst business ever. Avoid like the plague”

“I ordered two sets of boxers. One turned up fine and the others never arrived and I cancelled the order 90 days later. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt as I wasn’t in a rush but 90 days for a simple order… poor performance and they’ve lost my trust… also noticed on google reviews that this seems to happen all the time”

“AVOID!! They are taking people's money and not delivering the goods. Maybe they’re going out of business? Half of my order has been delivered and the other half not, ordered beginning of May and they’ve stopped replying to emails now. What’s next for customers?”

“Avoid at all cost. Ordered something on the 3rd of July, paid for next delivery service and have not received anything until now. I have tried to cancel the order for 2 weeks now, but all I got was the same bot email and nothing has been done.”

“My order of a £120 jacket never arrived. I was told the day after I ordered that it was going to be delayed and it never cam. It's over 3 months since I ordered. I have requested a refund to be met with 'the money will arrive in 10 working days'. It hasn't. I have nothing to show for it and now I have to go through my bank to get my refund which is a pain. This seems like a scam site. do not use.”

“Avoid at all costs! I ordered a Rains bag on the 3rd of July and was told it would be delayed by 7–10 working days. I contacted the store directly to cancel the order and request a refund, but I've had zero response since. I'm now left without the bag, without my money, and I've had to go through the hassle of raising a PayPal claim just to try and get my money back. The whole process has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.”

“Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Dismal, irrelevant communication, no way to contact directly. I asked to cancel my order 5 times and never got a refund. I did eventually receive my order 2 months later, after I had lost all hope and raised a dispute through my bank. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”

“Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only have I not had my order I don’t get any replies. I have requested a refund three times. When I have had a reply they avoid my request and insist they’ll send the item. The comments being turned off on the social media account speak loudly too.”

“Never have I dealt with such an appalling service. Over two weeks ago I requested an order to be cancelled and refunded, yet still I have not had this processed. It’s illegal what they’re doing by holding my money still. I’m just met with generic generated emails and am still no further. Shameful.”

“Awful. My order was placed in April and I have not received it or any explanation. I have emailed repeatedly asking for a refund and received automated responses only. Just awful. No customer service whatsoever. I now regard this as a matter for trading standards and my bank.”

“Do not buy from these. I ordered a hoody and paid for it do be delivered quicker. I received no update for two weeks and after confirming a refund on 16th May I have still not received it and keep getting fobbed off on email. It’s now nearly been 2 months since I was supposed to receive my refund. AVOID.”

“Not a good experience ordered an item for next day delivery no notification or acknowledgment of order. Item was never dispatched and it’s only when I reached out to cancel they responded. Now chasing PayPal for dispute as no refund received either from HUH. Nice to support independent retailers but if basic customer service fails what’s the point.”
