“I agree with other recent comments - I've had really poor experience. I placed my order 6 weeks ago and there's still no sign of it. Communication is sporadic at best and feel like they're copy and paste responses. Like others I've asked for a refund but 3 days later have still had no confirmation to say that I'm going to receive one. I've previously ordered from HUH and it took a month to deliver my item that time, I should have learnt lesson from that experience. Will not use again.”

“Beware of this company. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive the items I paid for. Since then, I've only received automated responses no personal contact from the owner, Jack Lowe, despite multiple attempts to reach out. There’s been no sign of a refund either. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this business. I plan to report this company through every available channel and will continue to warn others until this is resolved.”

“Absolutely appalling service! I only ordered a cap, it was estimated 5- 7working days delivery, almost 2 months in and still no delivery, or communication to say when it will be expected. Stay clear.”

“I made an order with next day delivery. Six weeks later all I had had were excuses. I went to my credit card company and asked for a refund, a few days later a parcel arrived with half my order but suggesting that it had my full order inside. I feel lucky to have at least recieved something having looked at other reviews and social media posts. I'd avoid these guys at all costs.”

“As per other reviews. Ordered months ago. Keep getting told it’ll be dispatched in the next week. Never happens. Asked for refund a number of times and no acknowledgment. How they are able to still trade is beyond me. AVOID”

“Six weeks after I put in an order which was guaranteed for next day delivery my order still hadn’t arrived. The company let on telling me the order would ship soon when I enquired. Eventually I went to my credit card company and asked them to claim back the money. A few days after this I received a package with one of the two items I ordered. I emailed to tell them the order was incomplete and haven’t heard anything else from them, except a request for a review. Avoid this store at all costs.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Terrible service. I ordered a bag from HUH at the start of the year, waiting nearly 2 months for it to finally arrive. Recently Took the chance again and ordered a shirt. Over 2 months later I still haven’t had my order. Awful awful company.”

“Shocking service. I’d leave minus stars if it was possible. Order submitted on 29th April, chased delivery to be told awaiting stock to arrive, but at no point was the item shown as out of stock on the website?? Patiently waited. Requested refund on the 1st July and I am still waiting on the money to be returned after being told this would take upto 10 working days. No reply from chase up emails 😡🤬😡”

“Terrible service. I ordered an item at the start of May and sent it back on 21 May. It's now 25 July and I still haven't received a refund. I have chased it 6 times. I was told two weeks ago it had been processed but I still haven't received the refund. Every time I email it takes over a week to get a reply, sometimes longer. If you're not prepared to keep your items I would definitely not bother ordering from here!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They have totally ripped me off. Ordered a CARHAART sweatshirt months ago.. never received the product and never received my refund despite contacting them on numerous occasions. Do not go near them. They are scammers.”

“Waiting 3 months for some tee shirts. Accepted delays can happen but then out of the blue order cancelled and refund being arranged - not yet received. I wanted tee shirts. Poor performance and won’t be using again.”
