“Awful customer service! Faulty product recieved and promised a replacement or refund, and then no response from the store owner since!!! I have requested a refund but no response for over a month. There is no contact number for this store and they do not allow comments on Instagram or message requests. AWFUL! Do not shop here!!”

“Terrible experience - do not use. Ordered a product which the website said was in stock. After 3 weeks of delays, I agreed with customer service to cancel the order. This was then ignored and the item was sent anyway. When I complained I was told I'd be given a free returns label. Now a week later I still have not received the label and customer service are ignoring my messages. I am left to believe this is being done deliberately to prevent my refund being processed.”

“Didn't want to give any stars. Ordered a rug end of Sept with a 3-6 week lead delivery time and it's the 4th of March, still no rug and no answer when I ask what is happening or try to get a refund. Absolutely terrible”
