Terrible experience - do not use.
Ordered a product which the website said was in stock. After 3 weeks of delays, I agreed with customer service to cancel the order. This was then ignored and the item was sent anyway. When I complained I was told I'd be given a free returns label. Now a week later I still have not received the label and customer service are ignoring my messages. I am left to believe this is being done deliberately to prevent my refund being processed.
