“Ordered a throw. Very prompt despatch and delivery. Price and quality excellent , only downside is the colour - the blue stripe is fine but the contrast colour is much darker than shown in picture so doesn’t look nearly as nice ( it looked pale grey in picture but is in fact light brown !). I will keep it but it isn’t teally what I wanted and won’t order another.”

“The prices are good and there are a lot of nice clothes and items available, good brands and nice website. However, there was a delay with my order because the stock hadn't been delivered to you, and it took a while before this was communicated to me. Eventually someone did contact me which I appreciated,”

“Hello. The item was delivered promptly but I was disappointed by the quality for the price. It's the Ferm Living toilet roll holder and the wooden component is very roughly finished. I was tempted to return it but I'm hoping people won't look too closely and it will look nice anyway.”

“Package arrived within good time, poor packaging in comparison to other online retailers and a shame there is not free return postage when ordering multiple sizes of the same item.”

“Delivery was very speedy but returns have been slow. Dropped my package off about a week ago and have not heard anything back... It does put me off ordering in the future.”
