“Have ordered several items via HUH and have been very satisfied, competitive prices especially sale items. However one minor gripe is the slow process if any items have to be returned. Still waiting for feedback for a faulty item purchased on the 29th June.”

“I ordered a bag from this store. When I didn’t receive it I sent an email. The bag was no longer in stock, they refunded my postage charge and I later received the bag 2 months after purchase. I want happy because it was a birthday present Now we have the bag the problem is resolved”

“Product did finally arrive after waiting weeks and contacting Jack the director. He eventually did respond and I got the product which was lovely. Spent a couple of weeks in limbo thinking it might be a fake site. Peanuts pic is lovely and up on wall.”

“Love this store but recently ordered to Ferm plant divider boxes and only one arrived. Used the customer support to e mail them on the day of arrival and still not heard anything back. Had I heard back this review may have been different but right now poor service when things don’t go well. Still waiting to get this sorted. Disappointed.”

“Quick delivery of the majority of the order, one item out of stock, took ages to get response and eventually a refund. Decent prices, need to improve communication lines with customers as at present it’s too long to receive responses.”

“Updated- customer services replied same day and issue resolved. (Placed order for “in stock item tote bag” on a 2-4 day delivery. 7 days later still not despatched. Tried contact customer service can only email- auto reply back to you within 5 days! Very disappointed as wanted this for my travels tomorrow and no time to find an alternative.)”
