“some good prices on products”

“Hello. The item was delivered promptly but I was disappointed by the quality for the price. It's the Ferm Living toilet roll holder and the wooden component is very roughly finished. I was tempted to return it but I'm hoping people won't look too closely and it will look nice anyway.”

“Package arrived within good time, poor packaging in comparison to other online retailers and a shame there is not free return postage when ordering multiple sizes of the same item.”

“Delivery was very speedy but returns have been slow. Dropped my package off about a week ago and have not heard anything back... It does put me off ordering in the future.”

“It was disjointed with those with tags and those with no tags. Other than that it was packed beautifully! It is! I also want to use it.”
