Refunded promptly after order did not arrive following 6+ weeks.

Update: order finally arrived much later than was originally quoted on the website but the product was exactly as ordered. Ordered 10 days ago and paid for express shipping. DPD notified that they were expecting the parcel after 4 days and they still haven’t received it. Contacted the company twice via email to chase or cancel the order and have heard nothing back. Terrible service. Just hope I can somehow get my money back!

It's my third order and while it says 2-5 days, it always takes several weeks to ship, and is never dispatched on time, nor do they communicate with customers timely to inform of delays, lack of stock etc. Resulted in not receiving gifts that I had ordered for relatives not to arrive in time, even when ordered weeks before. The selection of products is really nice.

Unfortunately, the correspondence was lacking, with emails needing to be followed up and then not addressing the points raised. Quality was good on arrival, but customer service not great.

Hello, I ordered a few items on the 30th of October, items that are available on “back stock”. So far I haven’t received any update or communication on the status of the order. I appreciate this time of the year can be challenging for deliveries etc. I’m not sure what to expect as there has been no communication at all.

Have purchased from this store before and service has usually been pretty good,I know Royal Mail strikes going on at the moment but they did give plenty of notice of the intended strikes so I would have thought that they would of used an alternative courier for delivery instead of just continuing with Royal Mail as it’s just under 2 weeks now and still haven’t recieved parcel which I’m hoping comes in the next few days but other than this have usually found things at good price and have previously had good service from them hope I receive item soon

Great range of products but shame they don't do free returns, will probably go to other retailers in future for peace of mind as most offer free returns.

Happy with the item I received but would have appreciated better communication regarding the issues with the other item I ordered. I only just received email today, Friday. I ordered on Wednesday. The website stated it was in stock online so my advice would be to update the stock info as I could have tried to order from somewhere else before now. Happy with the item I did receive though even if it didn’t arrive next day.

We have been chasing an order made in May and despite numerous emails noone has been in touch. There is no phone number to call which I find very odd and their London store is closed, I will amend this review if someone gets in touch. *We have now been told that it will be delivered soon, I will update when and if order arrives.

Customer service takes a bit too long to get back to you around 5 days. Once item was despatched it arrived promptly. However my item is slightly faulty and waiting again for a reply from customer services.

I must amend my earlier review of 2 stars to 3.5. While writing the review, I coincidentally received a refund notification email from Huh. Also received notification that the 4th item is on 'back order', would've been nice to know about this at the time of order or once ordered.

Waited well over a week for email response and nothing. Ordered wrong product by mistake emailed within minutes to cancel and get refunded (no response) product sent out and returned straight back, emailed again to get refund (no response) now £90+ down waiting for refund to re order the correct product. Very stressful shopping experience really not needed at 30 weeks pregnant. Order 87406 ** this has now actually been refunded to be but very slow customer service.

Love the cushion we've received but we ordered 2 different cushions at the same time and no sign of the other one. No response from customer services yet. Great products but not great communication.

Really happy with the product. Unfortunately my item wasn’t posted till I enquired about my order with customer services, I’m not sure why this was, but because of this I had to wait quite a while for my item- this is reflected in my rating. Although I found this disappointing, I would purchase from the website again.

There was a delay in delivery, which was understandable due to Black Friday. I emailed twice to get an update but sadly didn’t get a response either time.

The quality of the product was excellent. Unfortunately there was some trouble getting in contact with HUH to address a failed delivery. HUH did not respond to several emails. Once I got in touch through the website rather than emails HUH were helpful. It was not clear that they rectified their email problem

Hi Paul, Thanks for your feedback and apologies for not replying sooner. We respond to all emails in date order. Unfortunately the follow ups caused the ticket to return to "newest" each time, which resulted in your enquiry being overlooked. My apologies. I can confirm your £80 order from 29th August was promptly dispatched on 31st August and shipping confirmation and tracking was emailed to you. According to the Royal Mail tracking, delivery was attempted on 2nd September but there was no answer. Royal Mail held the item for 18 days during which collection can be made or redelivered booked in. After the 18 day retention period the parcel was returned to us and we have resent your order at no extra cost. If you need anything else please let me know and I will be happy to assist. Customer services; Room for improvement, prolonged delay responses by email were few far and between. Was not given frequent updates on outstanding orders. Delivery; Estimated 2-3 weeks dispatch became over 3 months due to import delays. Other than an apology with a preference to cancel, I would of appreciated a gesture of good will gift card to spend at HUH.Store.
