“Postage was £5 and I’m still waiting for the item over 2 weeks after I ordered it. I messaged HUH to find out what the delay was. At first I was told it was due to Royal Mail strikes but when I pushed for more information HUH admitted that 10 days after I had made the order HUH was yet to hand over the parcel to Royal Mail. Really poor.”

“Hello, I ordered a few items on the 30th of October, items that are available on “back stock”. So far I haven’t received any update or communication on the status of the order. I appreciate this time of the year can be challenging for deliveries etc. I’m not sure what to expect as there has been no communication at all.”

“Lovely store that sells a good range of products. It was great to be able buy brands that are from outside the UK like form living without having to deal with duties and taxes. The ferm living glasses I bought are beautiful and arrived really well packaged.”

“Have purchased from this store before and service has usually been pretty good,I know Royal Mail strikes going on at the moment but they did give plenty of notice of the intended strikes so I would have thought that they would of used an alternative courier for delivery instead of just continuing with Royal Mail as it’s just under 2 weeks now and still haven’t recieved parcel which I’m hoping comes in the next few days but other than this have usually found things at good price and have previously had good service from them hope I receive item soon”
