“Lovely shop. The payment method automatically entered in my address when the item I purchased was meant to be a gift which was annoying as I'd selected next day delivery to get it there in time and it didn't. Also didn't hear back from customer service support for quite a minute. But sure with rail strikes they're super busy.”

“I ordered some dining chairs over two months ago. At the point of ordering, the lead time was 2-4 weeks. The chairs still haven’t arrived and despite me emailing Huh regularly to ask for an update on when they might be delivered, I am getting no response at all. I can’t find a phone number either. This is really disappointing given the generally good reviews.”
