Waited well over a week for email response and nothing. Ordered wrong product by mistake emailed within minutes to cancel and get refunded (no response) product sent out and returned straight back, emailed again to get refund (no response) now £90+ down waiting for refund to re order the correct product. Very stressful shopping experience really not needed at 30 weeks pregnant.
