“As always great products and service . Only one issue l bought a coffee and tea sampler sets to give as small gifts to friends but unless l open the packs there is no labelling to state which is which”

Hi Chris, Thank you so much for the constructive feedback, as a Company, this allows us to improve our service to our Customers . As a result of this , we will now be marking the sample boxes, so that it is clear, if Customers have ordered more than 1 x box. We hope the sample boxes are enjoyed.

“I got the small sample packs of 3 different coffees for £5. Two were coffees I regularly order and I didn't much like the third one. I didn't mind as the offer included a £5 gift voucher. Shortly after I got an email offering a discount if one bought coffee. I chose my six x 250g bags of beans and was glad of the discount as they had gone up in price significantly since my August 2023 order. However when I came to checkout the gift voucher was refused because of the discount ! A gift should be a gift and I feel short changed.”

Thank you for ordering one of our Taster kits, they are a lovely way of trying our coffee's, unfortunately as per our terms and conditions and as stated on the voucher, the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer's. We appreciate your feedback.

“I have bought HR Higgins earl grey in the past and loved it. When I saw the offer for 3 taster packs of tea for £5, I thought it was worth trying out and bought the classic pack The teas were beautifully packaged, with a taster note card for each tea. The package fits through the letterbox. The Afternoon Tea is my favourite, but Duke Street and Breakfast Blend are both excellent. The pack included a very generous £5 voucher so I'm ordering a full pack of Afternoon Blend, along with a couple of other teas. Amazing tea, great customer service.”

“I ordered a gift voucher which was very easy and delivery was within 24hrs, excellent service. However it would have nice to have options for different amounts no just £25-£50. The reference number because it’s hand written sometimes is very difficult to make out the letters.”
