“Well, what can l say l’ve been a customer for quite a number of years. The online web site is very easy to order tea, coffee etc. Prices are reasonable priced, very good quality tea and every else sold. Well worth visiting the website if you enjoy drinking tea and coffee. Recommend the lovely tea and everything else too. Lovely and thank you. Will certainly be buying again.”

“Of my samples I enjoyed most Creole and 1942. I think I will order one of those, particularly as I have a £5 voucher to use. I do like my coffee to be black and strong and these two seemed to work for me. Thank you for supplying the tasting samples. Most helpful.”

“If I’m being honest all three trial bags were average nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Personally I’ve had much better single origin coffees that tasted better and were better value too!”

“H R Higgins are real niche coffee and tea retailers . They are experts and very knowledgeable about teas and coffees. Their delivery service is very prompt and efficient. Their handbook on different teas and coffees and brewing guide is very useful.”

“I ordered two different types of tea trial sets. Delivery was very quick but arrived two same ones. I called the office and told about it then the lady on the phone immediately sent me the correct one. She told me to keep the wrong one as compliment from them. I always impressed with the quality of their products and the customer service.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, I have been buying Russian Caravan tea from you for at least 15 years and have enjoyed it every time. However this recent order has had to be returned to you as it was scented with another tea/flavour (possibly Earl Grey?). I do hope this was/is a one off occurence and was a mistake as it spoilt the taste of the tea. I have still given 4 out 5 in the ratings on the basis that when I rang your office in Yorkshire, the lady (I think it was Sarah) organised collection of the scented tea the next day and which I hope will be replaced just as quickly. I would also appreciate a response to this note to ensure it has reached the right people.”

Good Morning Christopher, Thank you for the feedback regarding the Russian Caravan Tea, we are sorry to hear that it tasted different on this occasion. On receipt of receiving the Tea back at the Roastery, our Roaster will cup the Tea, along side the current batch and we will of course come back to you with our findings. “I'm very pleased with my size 4 coffee filter papers. I get through a lot, and am delighted to be able to buy in decent numbers. I got in a muddle with my order, but a very kind person sorted it out for me very efficiently, and my order arrived promptly. So I'm very happy. A nice company to do business with!”

“The coffee arrived very quickly. Have been getting coffee from HR Higgins for many years before moving to Lavazza Blue coffee pods. However the latter is not as good as it used to be, hence moved back to proper coffee beans. Enjoying the Santiago blend, but will get back to the Creole blend, which has always been my favourite.”
