“I have been using them for over ten years. Strongly recommended. They have the best coffee you can buy, at prices which (while not cheap) are not inflated given the quality. Their downstairs coffee shop used to be a wonderful refuge off Oxford Street, think a bit busier now. For tea the Mayfair blend is superb.”

“Have been buying coffee beans from this shop (mainly online) for many years. They are a bit pricey compared to other stores, but they do have a good range of really nice coffees, and they are quite flexible and accomodating when you have queries and requests. If you are into coffee and want to support an honest independent merchant, give them a try. They also sell some excellent tea too.”

“I regularly buy tea and coffee here. It is more expensive than supermarkets but the quality and service is superb. The leaves are recognisable as such, and not dust, the taste is just what I look for and it is our monthly household luxury item. The compost heap gets the leaves after we do, and our plants benefit from some coffee occasionally, so long may Higgins continue. Thank you all.”

“We are loose leaf tea drinkers, lapsang souchong be our favourite. Never bought from HR Higgins before until a couple of weeks ago, well their Lapsang is in a league of its own. Placed 2nd order . Tried The Russian Caravan and Earl Grey, again superior to other loose leaf from other reputable companies. Looking forward to receiving my next order”
