There was missing items from the orders I recieved only 1 galapagos although i ordered 3 items and the delivery company was soo bad aramex the shipment delayed

Was really looking forward to these beans . For the price I was expecting premium quality but they fell way short. Very bland and no flavour at all. I’m an experienced brewer so extremely disappointed.

The Vienna Blend coffee was disappointing. I have ordered this coffee before and enjoyed it but on this occasion it did not arrive in good condition. I placed my order on 6th July but the coffee was not delivered until 10th despite my being charged £6 for postage. The weather was very hot at this time which might explain the deterioration of the coffee.

No questions about the coffee - fantastic! Delivery after Brexit - nightmare. Well, you asked me about the latest delivery. I fear, it didn‘t arrive yet. The coffee seems to be still at a UPS warehouse somewhere in Germany without any motion…. No news when the parcel is going to be delivered to me. A pity…

Strange that you would ask me to review a purchase that I have yet to receive due to your absolutely diabolical delivery system... I have had to wait in days for a promised deliver that has yet to materialise! You need to move to a reliable courier service!

The coffee, as always, is excellent and cannot be faulted. Thank you. However we are sad to say that we will no longer be purchasing from you while ever you continue to use DPD for delivery, as opposed to Royal Mail who you used to use. DPD have a completely inflexible system whereby they insist on you opening your front door and allowing them to photograph the parcel inside your home. We have a side conservatory door that we use exclusively but that is not good enough for them, they insist on the front door. Which we don't want to open a) because we have an indoor only cat who we don't want to get out and b) because it's an intrusion on our privacy. We have complained to DPD at the highest level (regarding a different delivery) and were told different stories by different people. "It's because of Covid." "It's nothing to do with Covid." How can anyone have any faith in a set up where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? So I'm sorry, we will miss your coffee but until you go back to using Royal Mail we have no alternative but to look elsewhere.

no hint of bergamot in either smell or taste , an absolute waste of money having been told it smelt beautifully of bergamot
