“I purchased the sample tasting pack, which is good value since they include a £5 coupon. The package comes with three different coffee beans to try, which I thought was a nice deal. However, the taste was not as good as they made it out to be, which made me feel the promotion was more hype than substance. I also looked up the price list included in the package, and the coffee beans are clearly overpriced. I strongly do not recommend it.”

“Lovely packaged tea ( not tried ) as I wanted the coffee pack and feel it wasn’t clear when I bought this as it was advertised as coffee( but I should have checked the basket before the purchase). I am mainly disappointed not hearing back after contacting them. Everything looks like it is good quality but I’m not a big tea person so can’t say I can comment on the actual tea.”

“Sadly vary variable taste with latest Afternoon tea much less tasty than previous two and they varied a fair bit Last batch very scented this one very poor by comparison”

“I was disappointed to be sent 2 bags of coffee that were labelled with a best before date 2+ months beyond the date of delivery. When I emailed to notify HR Higgins of this, I was told this was a labelling error, hard to know if this is true or not, coffee beans seem ok but different to previous batches I have tried.”

“The shipping fee has been raised incredibly high for the order from Tokyo. It used to be GBP 17.5 for 10 x 125 grams of Blue Lady, as against the latest GBP 117.95 for the same order. I love Blue Lady. Looking forward to your revising shipping rates, I remain.”

“It hasnt worked in the past so despite the fact I like your coffee not much point in promoting an very vacuous sales ploy .Despite assurances that you would rectify it to the best of my knowledge it didnt happen. A little less sale waffle and a bit more attention to your loyal customers. I came to you because I stayed with a very dear friend Mrs Paul Miller 07976 NJ and was impressed with the coffee she had.”

“Yes I've made a purchase. Given that almost every day since you've harassed me with emails I'm unlikely to ever make another. I cannot for the life of me who thinks pestering and annoying customers is a good marketing strategy.”

“Sadly I have not received it yet, the delay being unfortunate as we have now ran out of our prior order. We also get these messages which means the package is not tracked and hence we do not know if it is lost or delayed.”
